Uber used to be great and so reliable now with the price gouging it's cheaper to finance a car then regularly uber. Sad to know they torture their customers when I've been using this app for years.

I placed an Uber Eats pickup order through the app, but there is absolutely no record of it on the Activity page, even after filtering specifically for Eats orders. There is also no accessible customer service number for users in the app. The only listed number is for merchants, while customers are pushed to the Help Center, which only provides generic articles about locating receipts. Completely useless when the order itself doesn’t appear in the app at all. Because of this lack of proper support, I was forced to search online for assistance and ended up contacting a fraudulent number posing as Uber support. This resulted in me having to go through a full dispute process with my bank. The lack of legitimate, accessible customer support creates an environment where scams can thrive and directly harm your users. How am I supposed to resolve an issue when the order is missing and there is no reliable way to contact support?

Vehicle wouldn’t start. Towed to mechanic. Had to get where I was headed. 💡 Uber ! Was picked up within reasonable time. Courteous safe driver, got to where I was going with ease. Will use the service again if I need to.
