Very nice and smooth ride in a neat car with an attentive and corteous driver.
I’ve had Uber for years just tried the woman’s only driver feature, and I’ve never felt safer in my life. What a wonderful addition.
Driver didn’t show up for an urgent ride I needed, and scheduled ahead of time. All I got from the automated customer support is wait 15+ minutes and after multiple attempts and a pending charge on my credit card just more waiting to hear back via an inbox message. The entire UX is dark and unintuitive. Last time I’m using the app even as a last resort if I don’t get a full refund.
I recommend this guy! Very professional!

The experience has been very frustrating. Drivers frequently accept a ride and then cancel it after several minutes, making passengers wait unnecessarily. This defeats the purpose of using the app for convenience and reliability. If a driver is not willing to take the ride, they simply should not accept it in the first place. Accepting and then canceling wastes the rider’s time and creates a poor user experience. There should be stricter penalties for drivers who repeatedly accept and cancel rides. This behavior needs to be addressed to maintain trust in the platform.
I feel sleep so comfy
First of all, the app looks like an arcade covered in buttons and I just want a ride. Every time I get a ride it tells me the driver is 2 or three or four minutes away and as soon as I walk outside the number always jumps 10 minutes. You can’t even track your ride fullscreen anymore because it makes you stare at half a screen full of ads. The app has become an unfiltered mess of upselling.
Everyone of my experiences with Uber ride services & Uber Eats has been extremely satisfying. The ride service has always been very pleasant and on time, never had any problems with how anyone has driven or the cleanliness of their vehicles along with my sons using Uber rides them both having good service.
Won’t let me open the app. It’s happening to my girlfriend too .
