Uber - Request a ride

WORST APP TO ORDER FOOD. WAITING FOR HOURS JUST FOR CHICKEN FINGER TO BE DELIEVERED.

What is the purpose of crossing this setting of drivers insist on wanting to talk to you. Uber has to do a better job of ensuring the drivers understand customer preference!

Uber makes it really difficult especially when you pre-order your trip a day before and they don’t dispatch you a ride at the time that they say they were going to 20 minutes later, causing me to be late for work and then have no customer service to chat with they make it impossible to reach out to anybody let alone AI all this money that they’re taking from the drivers charging everybody extra on to spend on AI for what both Uber and Lyft or garbage. You can’t get in contact with customer service unless you’re trying to report a driver. in this case, it’s not the driver‘s fault now I’m gonna be late to work thank you Uber. You can shove it.

Works like it's supposed to! Efficient, safe driver, clean car, no smelly air freshener or bad music. Just a quiet early morning ride to the airport. Ahhh. Take the stress away!

Really enjoyed the ride, and felt good that my driver drove an electric vehicle. He came exactly when predicted and it was a very smooth and enjoyable ride.

We missed a bus at midnight in Las Vegas. UberX picked us up in 10 minutes and at a very reasonable price.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to book an Uber after my flight landed. However, I was unable to because I had to select my flight in order to book the Uber, and I couldn’t select my flight because it was no longer listed since it had already landed. I ended up having to make other arrangements while in NYC, for the first time, alone, in the middle of the night. Please fix this app issue, it caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

Uber in the Washington DC area is horrible. The wait times are very extensive 10-20 mins although there are many drivers in the area. DC got rid of Empower but their response times were 1-3 mins plenty of drivers to serve the customer base. I’ve been forced to use uber for 24 hours so far unfortunately I’ve seen warnings that say ALL DRIVERS ARE BUSY. Please try again later!! HORRIBLE!!

As of recently, uber has been HORRIBLE trying to get a ride. I called a Uber Comfort and waited for 15mins before uber cancelled it because the fare expired….had to call another ride. Overly expensive with no drivers available. Ready to delete this app completely

My family and I had a very enjoyable ride with Fola from Hobby all the way to Clear Lake City. She was the best driver and got us safely to our destination. Fola taking our trip was a great blessing to us after a long flight “locked down” due to turbulence. I highly recommend her.

Christie was very nice. Car was clean and comfortable.
