It happens a lot where it takes longer then it tells me (big difference) or when I finally get a ride on the way and when it’s close to me suddenly I get another uber that’s 20 minutes away don’t rely if you use it for work I’m on the edge of losing my job

12 drivers in my area and yall gonna make me sit and wait around for 7 minutes just to tell me my ride is 27 minutes away. Trash. When Lyft shows you nearby drivers you can rest assured you’ll get a ride, unlike this trash where you’ll be waiting around even though there’s tons of drivers.

They should reduce the cost of a ride if the drive accepts it and when they see you they turn back and cancel the ride

needed to change return pick up time could not get anything but error messages trying to adjust time had to get an alternate rode home unable to cancel or adjust so i will never again book a round trip eith uber

Oscar was a really good driver, nice car and very pleasant man. We enjoyed the ride.

I hate Uber honestly. I take the same trip everyday. It was $25 and now suddenly $40 to go 15 mins down the road

Just had to pay double for "surge pricing" that usually still costs an overpriced $17 for a 10 minute ride. Can someone please firebomb Dara Khosrowshadi's house make him scared till the end of his days please he deserves it for being an immoral git

Always overcharge than the initial quote. And silently get it on your credit card bills

Jason was incredibly kind and professional. The pickup location was tricky, but he handled it with the best attitude. The car was clean, smelled great, and the temperature was perfect. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable ride. Highly recommend!

The app is supposed to be updated two days ago and it didn’t. So i uninstalled and reinstalled it.

Uber has gone downhill in the past months. In generals wait times are already extremely long, but this last time my first driver cancelled, and then the second driver waited up the street for 15 minutes for no reason. I asked her if she was still coming to get me and after she said yes she still cancelled. So after two drivers I’m already 30 minutes in waiting for the third driver. I was late to work and uber does nothing about it! This app leaves you feeling completely helpless anymore :(
