Everything went smoothly perfectly clean room but AC sucked but good thing I bring a fan to every hotel it was hot
Outstanding Inn!
This is my 2nd experience with trying to get through to customer service & NO WHERE on the app is there a contact #. Once I did find a number, the Booking.com rep was ABSOLUTELY lying to me. I thought I had already cancelled my reservation but saw the email notification showing I was still booked for an another hotel. I sent the notification to request the hotel to cancel my reservation. I did not get a reply. So I called the # provided to contact the hotel. The number did not work and sent me to a VM. The first rep- put me on hold for 10 mins then hung up on me. The second time I called back I asked for a manager. The rep gave me the run around. When he said ‘Sorry this is all we can do”, for the 10th time I told him I wanted to speak this his manager. Once he batched me through, the manager put me through the same BS prompts. I called the hotel myself and they said they had already sent the email & had no issues cancelling my reservation. I had this same situation happen a few months ago. I was trying to cancel a reservation due to a snow storm. They put me through the same prompts. BOOKING.com will NEVER HELP YOU! BOOKING.com RIPS YOU OFF!!!
Booking online on booking.com is very easy to navigate. I’m looking forward to this trip with my 84 year old momma. Early Mother’s Day gift.
I don’t like how your trip is a picture and doesn’t have all the pertinent information. I wanted to cancel my reservation but the hotel told me I had to do it through the booking company. Which one? They wouldn’t tell me I only got messages from the hotel itself. Too late. Out $200 in cancel fees. Also I don’t think my trip was shown in the active panel until after I was not able to cancel anymore.

Was robbed of $377.85. Attempted to call the property manager 9 times and when they finally picked up it was an angry Asian sounding man who barely spoke English screaming at me that his property wasn’t on bookings.com and that I needed to leave the property immediately. I was standing in the pouring rain throughout this entire process and had to drive 3 hours back home in the middle of the night. I will be reporting to the better business bureau.

I stayed in a room with MOLD growing in the AC, the hotel would do nothing, and Booking.com would not let me respond. If anything bad happens during your stay you are out of luck because they will do nothing to help you. I am still dealing with the health problems as a result of this place
I booked a place, when I arrived the owner said we didn’t have a reservation and denied our reservation, I showed him the prove but he told us to get out, horrible app. Would NEVER recommend to ANYONE, but do not use this app.
Booking multiple rooms for a family wedding was quite simple n straight forward. Absolutely will use booking.com for any future travel/lodging needs.
