Our family of 5 adults stayed here 5 nights before Danube Waltz River cruise. The hotel was conveniently located in old town but on a quiet street. It is a very cute hotel. Breakfast buffet is AMAZING with wonderful servers, especially Kitti and Denis. Front desk personnel very helpful, especially Balazs. We enjoyed hot tub room and relaxation at the salt wall. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Budapest!
Minha filha de 4 anos sofreu um acidente durante a estadia, machucando a testa, bochecha e nariz, com sangramento e inchaço. Pedi ajuda na recepção, algo simples como gelo, e o funcionário não demonstrou nenhum interesse em ajudar. Disse que não tinha e mandou eu comprar em uma máquina. Foi um momento de desespero para nós, e não recebemos nenhuma assistência. Não esperava luxo, apenas o mínimo de empatia diante de uma criança machucada. > Péssima experiência pelo descaso. E não temos acesso para falar com um chat da booking sobre o assunto

I received an error page upon booking a room and it automatically sent me back to the previous page so I redid it again. I was charged twice and no one is helping me. No one’s helping get a credit or a refund or anything to help dissolve the issue when the whole issue was because of Booking.com’s error. unacceptable…. I’ve already been in touch with customer service. Her supervisor was supposed to contact me after his lunch break he never did. she said there wasnt gonna be anything he can do anyway.

I have used Booking.com for US and international lodging, flights, car rentals, and attractions. I maxed out their rewards program, Genius Level 3. I do not typically write negative reviews, but feel like some things ought to be pointed out. Booking.com’s main use would be to find options that are out there. But, in almost every single case, you will pay less by contacting the hotel or rental agency directly, not going through Booking.com. And, in every single case, the customer service will be better if you do your booking directly with the rental agency or hotel. Customer service with Booking.com has been incredibly bad. I have never been able to talk to a live agent. It’s probably impossible on purpose. In situations with illness or change of plans, do not expect any kind of customer support. They have their policies, very clearly stated upfront, which always go in Booking.com’s favor, not you as the customer. Fair enough, so long as you do not expect any kind of understanding from them. If you had your reservation directly with a hotel or rental car agency, they understand change of plans and earn your business by being considerate. My most recent personal experience with Booking.com has caused me to say “never again”. To sum up this very long review. Use Booking.com to find options, and then make your arrangements directly with those options, not through Booking.com.
I HAD PURCHASED A HOTEL WITH THE SAME PICTURE AS ONE IN A DIFFERENT STATE. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BOOKING WHICH TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET IN TOUCH. THEY SAID ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND I HAW TO CALL HOTEL FOR REFUND . I NEVER RECIEVED REFUND AND HAD TO PURCHASE 2 HOTELS FOR THAT NIGHT ONE IN NORTH CAROLINA AND ONE IN TEXAS. I ONLY STAYED IN THE NORTH CAROLINA ONE, DUE TO THAT WAS THE STATE I WAS IN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

All hotels clearly outlined with details. Easy platform to use.
