Booking.com: Hotels & Travel

I would definitely recommend this place for a multi night stay. My booking process was great and the accommodations for my room were handled in a professional manner, I will book again !!

This site is a scam. They allow you to buy a flexible ticket but will not let you change it when you want to without buying a new ticket. Also they have scam hotels and their people are completely unhelpful. Do not use Booking for anything.

It’s easy to book your flights. But when it comes to trying to cancel them now that’s the problem. I have tried canceling my flights only for them not to respond. For two days they kept telling me were still trying to connect you with an agent.

I always book using Booking.com. It’s very secure I wouldn’t choose any other way to travel .

Easy to use and all my reservations are in one place. And I can also see my cancellations. Plus, I get emails for every reservation and cancellation that I keep as well. It makes it a good way to have back up and be able to see everything.

When you finally get a live person, they barely speak english and cant help or even understand you

Customer service sucks. Told me a receipt was not enough for proof of purchase. I mean what is a receipt for if not for proof of receiving a service.

Unlike Airbnb and VRBO, Booking.com lacks the ability to control or reprimand apartment owners who cancel last minute on renters. We were left looking for a replacement London apartment with less than a week. Nothing was available in the neighborhood where we needed to be located and prices were much higher. Booking.com provided no resolution or discount for booking a different flat on their application.

The apartment was perfect for our family of five! Very spacious, clean, and you can’t beat the location!!!! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Horrible customer service

I’m satisfied with what is presented and provided here on booking.com and the customer service communications and help I’ve received has been top notch!!

I had such a wonderful time. Rany, the hostess, was wonderful and made my stay very pleasant. The location was so close to the ferry so you could actually walk to her place if you chose or take a Tuk Tuk. There is also a wonderful restaurant right on the river, walking distance as well, called Black Palm restaurant which I really recommend visiting. If you go at sunset, you have a beautiful view of the city and the pizza was excellent! I would definitely visit again.

Bookings is always guaranteed. What they promise is what they promise. I am a certified customer. Will always recommend.

I love booking all my travel through booking.com. The whole experience is easy from start to finish. Not to mention the added perks and discounts! I especially love the easy cancellations if plans change.

There better then Expedia as long as they stay this way
