No help nobody to call - utter useless - never again will use this app

I arrived at the hotel I was scheduled to stay at and paid thru this app which charged me more than enough for the two rooms for one night but only approved one of the rooms when I arrived. There was actually a cheaper rates they could have offered but did not. I had to pay for a night I already paid for. Trying to talk to anyone at booking.com is a waste of time. The AI answering service will transfer you but you will get hung up on right away. If there was ever a business that deserves a negative rating, here it is.

i have used it since i graduated and started traveling alone and never had any issues.

Booking.com has horrible customer service. Flight issues led to multiple hours of conversations with multiple reps that gave conflicting information, and ultimately had we listened to their advice we’d have been screwed. I’m never using them again, they are beyond worthless.

This is an Excellent app to book your hotel, works great and it’s easy and convenient. Love it.!!!

Horrible!!! Do not ever use this service. They scammed one of the places I booked through them and never gave me my money back, even after saying they would. They also made me book another, more expensive place, promising they would refund the difference, but they didn’t. This is not a trustable app.

I’ve been using Booking. Com for over 10 years and I get the best prices available anywhere I need to stay. It’s an easy and flexible process to book my overnight or long term plans.

I do love Booking.com because in general you do get the rooms that you request. However, I recently had one bad issue where not all the charges were disclosed for Omni in DC beforehand. I hope that Booking.com will correct this so the other people don’t end up paying several hundred dollars higher than the price indicated.

When I search up flights it only shows Frontier Airlines whereas it’s not the case on Web booking.com.

I booked a hotel room for the same day then drove 6 hours to the hotel with 3 small children. When I arrived I was told there were no vacancies even though I had booked and paid already through booking. The front desk lady told me booking must have listed their rooms as available even though they were not. I was left to drive 2 hours away at 2 in the morning to find another room for my children to sleep. I will never book a room with any online platform again. Worst experience ever.

i booked a stay at a hotel & had to change the dates. the hotel approved the cancellation & refund over the phone since i already booked a separate stay at the same hotel a week later. however the booking.con app is giving the hotel no option to cancel the earlier stay & refund my balance. the booking.con app has no direct customer service line to call them to fix the problem.
