Was put into a place with bed bugs. Was moved into a hotel, it was only partially booked for the duration of my trip. The phone AI is utterly useless and annoying. When I reached someone they hung up on me. This happened 6 times and my issues aren’t resolved. Reconsider using this service.

I have been using this app for years and they always are efficient and fast and easy to use. I absolutely love the service and highly recommend the app addition to savings and discounts that you receive is absolutely one of the best booking apps available for travel.

App is horrible, you can book a reservation but it will not let you change anything or even cancel the reservation through the app. Will not be using it again

This third party booking is a scam and rip off. I had booked a resort on March 27-29 of 2026 to spread my moms ashes I get to the resort and it’s under renovation boxes, stoves, beds it was a complete disaster I refused to stay there so the property told me I can get a full refund but booking has kept my money and is refusing to give it back or answer any of my phone calls I’m getting the run around it this have been very frustrating as I’m trying to grieve the loss of my mother!!!! I have pictures of the resort and the two rooms they tried to get me to stay in.. 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

Era mi app favorita para viajar y hacer reservaciones hasta que me tocó hacer mi primer cancelación. Perdí mi dinero.

What they say is 100% true when they show you the picture of the room and the dining room room and their breakfast they’re telling us the truth

I tried to cancel, but they only have AI answering the phone and when they finally say that they would get a representative to help, it hung up on me EVERY TIME! I had to pay about 90% of the fee when I cancelled via the app, but the hotel had no problem canceling my reservation on the phone when I called the actual hotel. SO, booking.com has my money and the only way to get it back is a falsehood! >:-( 😠😤😭

Amazing service and always a smooth experience

I have tried to change my reservation date by email, phone number and the AI Assistant. All are fails. Purposely getting the run around. I do not recommend booking.com unless you like being aggravated.
