Absolute joke of a company, you have to hit 0 a million times to talk to someone who can’t help you. You buy crypto but you have to wait to use it but they don’t wait to take your money from your account. For a million dollar company they sure are busted, broken, and cheap as hell

I’ve had my account suspended two times. I pay bills on this account. But it’s never anything that I have done. It’s just Venmo wanting to F with you.

Abhorrent service and wait times. For some reason, Venmo will no longer allow me to use the instant transfer method, without providing an explain even. The regular bank transfer of 1 to 3 days is bs for the most times, as more than once I found myself having to wait over a week for the funds to arrive in my bank. I am seriously fed up and displeased with Venmo and it’s abhorrent practices.

Venmo is the worst company I have ever dealt with as far as customer service is concerned. It is literally impossible to speak to a live person when you have a problem with your account. Apparently they suspended my account, for no other reason that I can tell, because they needed to verify my identity. How long does that take? You will never know, because you can’t speak to anyone who can tell you how long it takes for them to verify my identity. So, in the meantime, I can’t take payments and they aren’t getting the fees associated with those transactions. I’m thinking about getting Zelle as a more reliable option for taking payments.

I want to close my account and it says to close business first but I don’t have a business account open. Ridiculous

Your app is horrible not user friendly u make it impossible to pay anyone or transfer money with all the questions and verification methods suck !!!!

Venmo let someone send a fraudulent claim to my account without any verification from the sender and now I have a collection on my account. There is absolutely no way of getting in touch with Venmo and I’ve tried to dispute the claim and no response. This is very bad service.

I love Venmo! There is only one thing wrong with Venmo is that you go to the store and add cash like you can with cash app! If they would just change that That would be great!!

Removed a bank acct from a business account then tried adding same bank acct to a personal acct and says already added to “another acct”. Now can’t use the bank acct.

I’m unable to open the app. When I try, it’s white screen. I updated my phone and tried restarting the app and it still won’t open. Is there a glitch?

In the past I could scroll down through all of my transactions to see if a payment was made several months back. Now I’m limited to six months and then I have to download a statement instead of being able to scroll even to the first of the year. It seems like everything is getting less and less user-friendly.

No direct talk

I’ve been waiting for over a year for an answer of deactivating my account and deleting my information. I’ll wait a couple more years.

This is a scamming application and they will ruin and steal your money.!!

I was told I would receive an email about a problem with my account and how to fix it but I have not received it. I have received other emails.

I’ve had a business account for over two years. Randomly they are holding payments made by my customers for over 21 days. Any business owner knows that a 21 day delay in payment is not convenient or practical. I will not be using this app anymore.

My friends nor I can use the Instant Transfer option today. This app has more and more problems. It’s been going downhill for years and customer service is nearly extinct. CashApp is where we have taken our business but we reached our weekly limit so I thought I would use this as a backup so we’ll have to use PayPal from here on out as a backup.
