App is very friendly user and easy to navigate. It’s not crowded and you can find the information you are looking for quickly.

The app is so easy to use

Progressive is a legitimately terrible insurance company. The app is slow confusing and inconvenient. They don’t help you at all and everything is outdated.

Just horrid inursance you will pay way too much and they will cancel your insurance on a dime and leave you out to dry without even a warning.

Has everything I need right on my phone . Makes everything easier to have it with me

For someone with no wrecks on his record you’d think I’d have a better rate I’m sure it goes off credit score which makes you wonder how you can improve your credit score if you’re getting raked over the coals by your insurance company. How do 2 vehicles cost almost 3 grand they aren’t even that nice

I'm wildly guessing how many people is being screwed by the app's snapshot "feature" I'm just wildly guessing. Seems the app does not distinguish between a hard stop and a stop, seems like needs a lot of improvement because it is calling for another one.

The camper van conversion photo upload was like a guided tour! Very easy to follow.

I love using the progressive app. It’s easy to use and to understand it. I’m not tech savvy, but this makes it so much easier for me to do. I had to call for roadside assistance. It was quick and easy. Thank you, progressive for all that you have done for me.

I HATE CAR INSURANCE

This is the best company I will work with besides friendly, professional, courteous. They have an exceptional way of dealing with customers very easy to do what you have to do. At the time you have to do it I had several issues with my vehicles and they took care of them in an easy professional way it was a pleasure to deal with the staff, and my problems with my vehicles were settled in the easy way. I’ve been with this company now for 12 years and don’t plan on changing companies anytime.

Why on earth should I have to SPEAK to a human being to stop auto payments?????? Horrible horrendous horrible feature. Stop with the NONSENSE. WE DON’T WANT TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE. NO ONE WANTS THIS.
