Progressive

I had my mortgage sold to mr cooper then to rocket mortgage. The mortgage companies and progressive were terrible at communicating and progressive absolutely failed when I called in. Great for prices if you never need a claim. I have not needed a claim in decades, yet updating my homeowners insurance is an insurmountable obstacle. Allstate is the way. I’ll never go back.

I always made my payments on time but they always increase monthly rates after you agreed to another monthly payment. Definitely don’t consider progressive. They don’t care about the customers

Dunno why they have an app if every time i need to look into my policy/change it, it takes me to Safari instead

We have not received our policy or insurance cards and I have requested them on this app. For what they are charging for our insurance I cannot believe that won’t send our policy and insurance cards by US mail. To say I am disappointed in Progressive is an understatement.

This is one of the easiest apps for me to use each month. Quick and easy. Can’t get better than that!

Very good with all documents

Had to renew a card , did through app never paid it last month got a cancelation letter awful app and 5/10 insurance company, sincerely Dustin from Winchester Va

I just paid 165 dollars last month that was including a late fee but for some reason I can’t see my upcoming payment schedule and now they changed to over 300 dollars I’m happy I screenshot everytime I pay my bill and I also always screenshot all the upcoming payments which of course was 165 again because I am late how do that jump from that to over 300 dollars I will be getting some legal assistance because this the 3rd time they have done this

I tried to make a payment for $23 to my account for whatever reason when I started my new policy and when I went on the app, it’s nowhere to be found so hopefully it doesn’t mess it up.. ty

I love how they beat anyone else in being the best insurance out their thank you progressive!!!

Easiest thing in the world to get insurance, but if you sale your vehicle and no longer need coverage… good luck canceling, no option in the app. You either have to call and get out on hold for 10+ minutes or chat with a robot. Will never use again

It’s very friendly and everything I need for documents is just within a couple taps. I like it especially in the tech world of such complexity!

So this is how you treat your customers. I have a Mercedes benz suv and they stuck me in a Nissan sedan and even after asking for an upgrade refused. I wasn’t at fault and been a customer for years and this is how Progressive handle it. Horrible. Stay away from Gina D’Agostino she will not help. What horrible service
