I love progressive they give you personalized rates, they allow you to add special features to lower your rates and they work with you through everything and also they will give you time to pay while still insuring your vehicle over all they are the best insurance agency our here shout out to Flo the agent making it happened and being a great representative of progressive and GOD bless this insurance company for they are truly a blessing AMEN 🙏

The lady on the phone was rude. A company by law is supposed to contact you if they increase a policy, plus this policy change was never given permission. Then, there’s the 6 bucks for automatic payments. No matter how you pay, there’s a huge fee. I’m not rich.

I’m not very knowledgeable about computers/apps in that kind of stuff. Therefore, Progressive app was surprisingly easy to use. i’m not joking when I say it is the easiest and informative app I have ever used

Very difficult to log in?? Not sure why if someone was to get into my app and pay my bill without me knowing I am ok with that! There is not much information you can steal off of app why make it not so user friendly??

Yes, I had my payment set to make the payment and I didn't receive a notification that the payment did not go through and now you're trying to charge me $20. You were gonna cancel my policy and I haven't received a phone call and email nothing so yeah I might change a policies as a matter of fact, so thank you very much for nothing.

Good insurance good ppl great agency

This app is not good. You are restricted from changing payment dates in the app. I should not have to call every single time I need a extension

 I called you off for help for towing and you said my tow wasn’t good enough of an excuse for y’all to pick me up so I had to go through AAA for them to help me out and I keep paying for nothing.
