I realized I had a payment due a few days ago (forgot). It was less than 30 seconds to log in and pay using my cell phone, which is why I’m actually taking the time to fill out a survey. Making it easy and fast is so very much appreciated!

Progressive knows I am a first responder and to qualify for a discount, they want me to allow 24/7 Snapshot monitoring. So my private insurance premiums will be adjusted and determined based on how I drive my City Covered vehicle while filling full lights and sirens. Makes no sense.

The app could use some work being more user-friendly.

I called and tried to get him to walk me through what I needed to do. Of course they didn’t. I had to figure it out on my own.

Great and simple to use!!!!!

Have the app on 4 devices, 3 that register trips. All stopped working after the update. Reinstalled and all settings confirmed. Still not working.

If you do not know your account numbers, this app is worthless.

Love that there is an option to add car and motorcycle policies to Apple wallet. It would be so much more functional if all policies, including RV/motor home could be pulled up in the Wallet, especially since it doesn’t show up under policies without going through several extra steps.
