Have to update the app constantly and signs me out regularly. Having issues getting links to change passwords. Very annoying just to pay bills
I have been with Progressive for some time now and they have very competitive rates here in Texas.
The app made it very easy to do my payment using my credit card. Intuitive easy to use great app.
Progressive makes looking up anything on their insurance is app easy as pie
You have no place on your app where we can print out a declaration page, which is something every marina requires before you can dock your boat in one of their slips!

I really like this app. It’s quick and easy. Very say to navigate. I have been a Progressive member since 2006. I have never been disappointed!
WTH?!? Every single time my bill comes due I get a notification that my policy os cancelled, yet the bill shows it not due for weeks??? I signed up for an insurance policy. Why the hell would Progressive assume I want to cancel that policy at the end of the first six months and require me to manually go in and renew payment. Stupidest thing I have ever seen🙄
Can I give it more stars? So EZ!
