Your system is awful. I have trouble on my I pad and desk top but not my I phone
The app is great and always works. I would like to be able to set default history times. 30 days does not apply to all. Give us the opportunity to set it for 90 days without having to do so for every account every time.
I’ve been a happy client of fidelity.
Frustrating. Can’t quickly go to pending open orders and see a list of all ‘My view’ does not work from mobile also
Need to be able to choose what time the recurring auto investments trigger. I set up a biweekly auto investment for Mondays, expecting it to trigger as soon as the market opened just like my other investing app does. When the market opened, the main stock I was watching was $1.42 per share, I expected it to be purchased at that price. I had a separate limit order at $1.40, which triggered 2 hours after the market opened, the stock went as low as $1.38. At 2pm, I got a notification that this stock was purchased for $1.55 per share with the biweekly auto investment. I called fidelity support and they said the buy time is completely random. The stock was down to $1.50 by the time I got off that call. The whole point of me setting the day to Monday was to try and take advantage of potential falls over the weekend. Instead your app waited for the market to be open for 6 hours before triggering…
Monday, April 6 since last week this app has had problems locking up on me all the time.
This app is easy to use. It can be made more useful by showing open security trades on the security position details pages. Also, the column header should stay at the top when I scroll down through the security holdings.
Good website. Satisfies my needs.
THE DUMBEST APP I EVER USED. IT TELLS YOU THE USERNAME YOU CREATED CANT BE CREATED BUT DOESNT SUGGEST ONE. THEN WHEN YOU KEEP TRYING IT BLOCKS YOU.
I downloaded this app due to the fact that it easy to learn and disability friendly. This app is no longer disability friendly due to the fact you made it more complex. And on top of that, there’s no easy clear way to see how much you have available without looking excessively and clicking. Random thinks it took me about 30 minutes to find it.
With this current regime, led by a psychopath bent on destroying democracy, glad I have clear eyed, non partisan financial experts trying to keep our investments as safe as possible.
I still prefer the classic interface so I continue to use the mobile website. I just download the app every few months to try out what’s new. The solid black/white/grey interface lacks contrast, something the mobile web version has. Anyone missing the classic interface should just use safari on your phone an it’s close enough. The app is just too limited even for basic tasks. It’s hard to go from an app that worked fine (classic) to a new app that is missing features and usability. Example: classic app and mobile website lets you see all activity in all accounts on one screen. The app makes you go account by account. I want to quickly see all activity and look for anything unusual all at once. Easy to do on the classic app, desktop, and mobile website. App can’t do it.
Fidelity Has Been From The Git Go A PROFITABLE Experience!!
Within a given brokerage when you click the three dots and then click "change core position" nothing happens. The button is broken.
It’s 2026, how can your mobile check deposit not work? The camera does not work.
This is absurd! They forced me to update the working app, and that caused the “my view” columns I had selected to be lost, and replaced with a default view. On the last update, they deleted my ENTIRE WATCH LIST, requiring me to re-create it completely! They also took away the “classic view” option. I think it’s time to look for another company that has app developers who know what they’re doing! There’s no excuse to force me to update a working app for any reason other than a security flaw! “If it ain’t broke, DON’T FIX IT!”
The latest Fidelity app crashes every single time I try to sign in. On the rare occasion it works, it’s extremely slow and freezes constantly. A once perfectly working app has turned into completely unusable junk.
