Fidelity has been great for me since my brother recommended them. They are helpful when you need it and courteous also!

Always works as it should

I absolutely love Fidelity and their products, however, because they have such a wide range of products and services, their digital experiences aren’t the best. I’m someone who uses them not only for investments, but also checking/savings, and I can’t quite customize my experience to fit all those needs despite their desire to do so.

Why make it harder to find my watchlist and I don’t know how to get totals to work on iPhone.

Overall, the Fidelity app is easy to use and has a lot of useful information, and it is easy to make trades with stocks and options. If there are questions that aren’t easily answered in the app, Fidelity representatives are easily contacted on the phone, and they are always helpful.

Well, golly, lemme tell ya… Fidelity Investments is like the Roy Kent of the financial world—steady, dependable, and always gets the job done without makin’ a fuss. I opened my account, and I swear, it felt like someone handed me a warm cup of Earl Grey and a playbook at the same time. Everything’s organized, easy to read, and makes sense, even if you don’t have a PhD in “Money Stuff.” The customer service folks? Top-notch. You ask a question, and they answer like they’ve known you since high school—friendly, helpful, and somehow manage to make investing feel like a team sport where everyone’s rooting for you. And the tools? Oh boy, the tools! It’s like having your own personal coach in your pocket—portfolio trackers, planning calculators, and research that’s actually understandable without having to learn a whole new language. I’ve gotta say, I feel more confident about my financial future than Jamie Tartt feels about scoring a goal in stoppage time. And that’s sayin’ somethin’. Fidelity’s the kind of company that makes you wanna stand up, clap your hands, and shout, “Y’all are doin’ a heck of a job!” 10 outta 10 stars. Would recommend to anyone who wants their money to grow like Ted Lasso’s optimism—steady, surprising, and entirely unstoppable.

Easy to navigate app. That is the reason I switched to Fidelity

This app is not user friendly. I’m going to stick with it for now but it could use a lot of tuning to make it more intuitive.

Lied 3 times and put $ in a money market account. Also the app is difficult to use.

from accepting a grant which is buried, passive, and unrewarding - to basic options trading - to high cognitive load - to up to 5 modals stacked inside a spoke - the product design of this multi-legacy stitching is an easy 5 out of 10 and has a loooong ways to go.

User friendly, easy to understand, and a great resource for financial planning!

Investments have been showing 0% for months and clicking on it shows “no data available” Absolute garbage. Can’t view any of my investments.

Every time I try to log in, it sends a code and can’t complete the request anyway

It has been almost a year and fidelity still has not fixed the trading pop up window, which constantly stalls out so you can never place a trade using your iPhone. If you have to place trades in your online account GO Elsewhere. Fidelity totally sucks.

I would like to write this review to recommend this fidelity investment platform to anyone interested in investing very easy to use and navigate,very informative and supportive one of the best out there give it a try you won’t regret it.
