I absolutely love Fidelity and their products, however, because they have such a wide range of products and services, their digital experiences aren’t the best. I’m someone who uses them not only for investments, but also checking/savings, and I can’t quite customize my experience to fit all those needs despite their desire to do so.

Overall, the Fidelity app is easy to use and has a lot of useful information, and it is easy to make trades with stocks and options. If there are questions that aren’t easily answered in the app, Fidelity representatives are easily contacted on the phone, and they are always helpful.

Well, golly, lemme tell ya… Fidelity Investments is like the Roy Kent of the financial world—steady, dependable, and always gets the job done without makin’ a fuss. I opened my account, and I swear, it felt like someone handed me a warm cup of Earl Grey and a playbook at the same time. Everything’s organized, easy to read, and makes sense, even if you don’t have a PhD in “Money Stuff.” The customer service folks? Top-notch. You ask a question, and they answer like they’ve known you since high school—friendly, helpful, and somehow manage to make investing feel like a team sport where everyone’s rooting for you. And the tools? Oh boy, the tools! It’s like having your own personal coach in your pocket—portfolio trackers, planning calculators, and research that’s actually understandable without having to learn a whole new language. I’ve gotta say, I feel more confident about my financial future than Jamie Tartt feels about scoring a goal in stoppage time. And that’s sayin’ somethin’. Fidelity’s the kind of company that makes you wanna stand up, clap your hands, and shout, “Y’all are doin’ a heck of a job!” 10 outta 10 stars. Would recommend to anyone who wants their money to grow like Ted Lasso’s optimism—steady, surprising, and entirely unstoppable.

from accepting a grant which is buried, passive, and unrewarding - to basic options trading - to high cognitive load - to up to 5 modals stacked inside a spoke - the product design of this multi-legacy stitching is an easy 5 out of 10 and has a loooong ways to go.

I love the app and have been using it for the past few months and I like the ease of use, the only thing I would like for them to add is widgets for iPhone so I can see how my securities are doing without going to the app, 10/10 otherwise

I'm really enjoying this app

I’m a new user but experiencing difficulties with the interface. Too much info is displayed, can’t use scroll bar to view previous funds searched, can’t see real time prices after answering questions and relogging in to my account numerous times. Not sure if it’s just me Update: I’ve been using the app for about 3 weeks and it’s ok. I still had my initial issues listed above but my biggest concerns would be: 1)The scroll bar is locked when you search funds, it won’t list you go further than the last 5-6 funds you in your search history. 2)purchases made do not show up in your individual account unless you look at pending transactions. It’s been hours after the market has closed and the transaction hasn’t completed and/or doesn’t show up in your account? I just believe it’s tedious to look at your purchased funds through additional layers. Maybe it can show up in your account and have a (pending) in red? I like some of the information shows on the account/main menu page but I believe that can be separated to its own section and have an account tab or section dedicated to seeing purchased funds and their price. Just a thought At this time, I can give the app a 3 stars but this took some time to get used to and isn’t too user friendly considering the layers you have to go through to make a purchase or view your funds Update: 4/16/26 Under fund positions, it shows purchases but it shows the average for all transactions. Can it be fixed where it shows the purchase price because the average price listed is redundant. Also when dividends are paid out, it shows as purchases, not dividends reinvested which can be misleading when you look at your account and see a purchase made rather than a dividend reinvesting event.

I opened my Fidelity account about 10 days ago and have been trying to add money ever since. It is taking forever and I’m missing the opportunity in the market that I wanted to take advantage of. I finally gave up and ended up wire transfer and it still hasn’t posted after three days… I have been told by many people that this only happens the first time, but it is still insanely frustrating.

Your app quality is low and makes it difficult to even make regular investments. I have had a hard time navigating it since I’ve had it. Thank you

I love this site. So easy to do anything through it.

Lied 3 times and put $ in a money market account. Also the app is difficult to use.
