With today’s latest update I was unable to login either with Face ID or manually. But later on, it worked! 😊

Working with the Fidelity bureaucracy is worse than working with a 3rd world government. They thrive off not telling the client the requirements and hide behind their fetish for paperwork.

The app is good but occasionally the developers change something and break things that used to work. The latest: on iOS the Custom Date pop up in Spending shows only first 28 days of the calendar. Also, why would you got rid of Last Month option in Spending? It was quite handy.

Fidelity app is very friendly tool for beginners investors like myself. I’m happy to have it.

It takes over 30 mins to get your authentication code texted to you

Fidelity has been great for me since my brother recommended them. They are helpful when you need it and courteous also!

Always works as it should

Why make it harder to find my watchlist and I don’t know how to get totals to work on iPhone.

Overall, the Fidelity app is easy to use and has a lot of useful information, and it is easy to make trades with stocks and options. If there are questions that aren’t easily answered in the app, Fidelity representatives are easily contacted on the phone, and they are always helpful.

There are many errors in the app. I enter my correct username and password, it takes me to the main screen, and then immediately sends me back to the login screen. I have to close that screen about seven times just to stay logged into my account. The app feels outdated, like it was built by a programming student. Also, there are significant delays in delivering tax forms.

Why change it !!!!

I opened my Fidelity account about 10 days ago and have been trying to add money ever since. It is taking forever and I’m missing the opportunity in the market that I wanted to take advantage of. I finally gave up and ended up wire transfer and it still hasn’t posted after three days… I have been told by many people that this only happens the first time, but it is still insanely frustrating.

Your app quality is low and makes it difficult to even make regular investments. I have had a hard time navigating it since I’ve had it. Thank you

By far the worst app I’ve ever used

Working with Fidelity and our representative Bryce in Orland Park, IL and his colleague Sayer they are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great service, and true to their word.

I’ve been using this app for 3+ years. Every update seems to make the app worse and worse. The app freezes constantly. Several functions don’t work. Takes me 30 minutes to do something that should only take 5. Love the fidelity platform but this app is horrendous.

Always has issues with passwords and usernames even though correct. Their face verification is trash also and never works. Very bad app.
