Poor performing stocks
By far the worst app I’ve ever used
There are many errors in the app. I enter my correct username and password, it takes me to the main screen, and then immediately sends me back to the login screen. I have to close that screen about seven times just to stay logged into my account. The app feels outdated, like it was built by a programming student. Also, there are significant delays in delivering tax forms.
Every time not let me see letters here, so I guess you really don’t want to know. I’m typing this unseen as Naybe you Will see it !
I love the app and have been using it for the past few months and I like the ease of use, the only thing I would like for them to add is widgets for iPhone so I can see how my securities are doing without going to the app, 10/10 otherwise

Ain’t life great!
A simple list showing profit and loss is enough—that’s all I need. Why are you giving me a bunch of extra data like purchase volume? I don’t need that. This dumb software—no professional team would even use it. You’re trying to look like a “professional” trading platform, but you don’t consider that most users are retail investors who just want a simple interface. I’ve switched it back to list view countless times, and it keeps automatically changing back to those cluttered, useless info screens. Ridiculous.
I’ve been using this app for 3+ years. Every update seems to make the app worse and worse. The app freezes constantly. Several functions don’t work. Takes me 30 minutes to do something that should only take 5. Love the fidelity platform but this app is horrendous.
Why do i have to keep enrolling for Face ID every day? This is terrible
I’m a new user but experiencing difficulties with the interface. Too much info is displayed, can’t use scroll bar to view previous funds searched, can’t see real time prices after answering questions and relogging in to my account numerous times. Not sure if it’s just me Update: I’ve been using the app for about 3 weeks and it’s ok. I still had my initial issues listed above but my biggest concerns would be: 1)The scroll bar is locked when you search funds, it won’t list you go further than the last 5-6 funds you in your search history. 2)purchases made do not show up in your individual account unless you look at pending transactions. It’s been hours after the market has closed and the transaction hasn’t completed and/or doesn’t show up in your account? I just believe it’s tedious to look at your purchased funds through additional layers. Maybe it can show up in your account and have a (pending) in red? I like some of the information shows on the account/main menu page but I believe that can be separated to its own section and have an account tab or section dedicated to seeing purchased funds and their price. Just a thought At this time, I can give the app a 3 stars but this took some time to get used to and isn’t too user friendly considering the layers you have to go through to make a purchase or view your funds Update: 4/16/26 Under fund positions, it shows purchases but it shows the average for all transactions. Can it be fixed where it shows the purchase price because the average price listed is redundant. Also when dividends are paid out, it shows as purchases, not dividends reinvested which can be misleading when you look at your account and see a purchase made rather than a dividend reinvesting event.

I opened my Fidelity account about 10 days ago and have been trying to add money ever since. It is taking forever and I’m missing the opportunity in the market that I wanted to take advantage of. I finally gave up and ended up wire transfer and it still hasn’t posted after three days… I have been told by many people that this only happens the first time, but it is still insanely frustrating.
Working with Fidelity and our representative Bryce in Orland Park, IL and his colleague Sayer they are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great service, and true to their word.
