Having visited the local store, I was guided by the team to an on-line item which I believe will meet my needs. The team was quite helpful in determining what they had to meet my needs without trying to “up-sell” me.

From good to garbage, this app now sucks. Rarely tells you where in the store it’s located, tells you it’s in the store and then when you get there, it’s not. It’s just utter garbage now.

Couldn’t apply gift card and pay balance with debit card online

App would not allow me to apply other forms of payment, such as pay pal etc? when using a gift card for the remaining balance. I had to use the Home Depot card for the balance.

I love my Home Depot card. It has my military information and it is quick and easy to order merchandise.

I like the app. It works well enough. But once you put in an order, trying to change or modify the order is really difficult. Not really an app issue, but the online ordering experience could be better.

No matter whether I use the app or the website, I can’t create an account. It’s been like this for about the past year. I don’t understand how this extremely basic function doesn’t work on either the app or website. You’re losing business. For this reason I primarily order from Lowe’s but there have been a few times home depot had a better product.

The device must be on the latest version of iOS in order to use the bamn app yet I can install it. I’m going to discontinue purchasing a Home Depot and go to Lowe’s because Lowe’s still allows use of the app. Old phones are still used by a large group of individuals. I may consider switching to android.

The first time I tried to checkout I was asked to pay before I could confirm my shipping address. It appeared to take my payment and followed up by asking for my address. It then could not process and asked me to pay again. I finally got it to work by getting out completely and signing in again.

Love the ease of ordering on the Home Depot app.

It’s convenient but gets super glitchy

The app updates constantly and you can’t defer, so if you’re in a Home Depot store with limited cell and WiFi service, you’re FORCED to wait while the app updates before you can use it. The developers need to keep this in mind and maybe only release updates occasionally, not as often as they do now.

My military discount wasn’t included on my online purchase.

Gift cards are impossible to use. I have to type in the entire number even though I have it on my Apple wallet it won’t let me use the gift card. I have to manually type in all the numbers.

Super slow loading, glitchy searches/add to cart(just doesn’t work), trying to change my store is the most non-user friendly process. Honestly the worst app I have used for a store

Delivery scheduled for tomorrow. Saved me a trip to the store, going on an in-store hunt searching for an item only to find out the item is out of stock. 🫶🏾😊
