Ordered a sprayer that was in stock in the store and it had free same day delivery. But it never arrived. And then two days later I message them and they say I HAVE TO reschedule the delivery? What a joke.
The customer service reps will blow you off if you have a problem. I’m writing this with full knowledge that whoever reads this will also blow me off. I ordered some items and never received them. Spoke with customer service reps 3 times. I was told twice the they were to send me a $50.00 e-card for my inconvenience. This was months ago (3-4) and I have yet to see the e-card or even an apology. Be careful shopping with HD as the Customer Service Reps don’t give a damn about helping you. They tell you what they think you want to hear just so they can get off the phone.
I added $50 gift card to order but when I checked out the gift card was not included! As a result I cancelled the order! Very disappointed
Genuinely made me do it multiple times just to try to get the Home Depot card to work and kept giving me an error code about my delivery address even though it was the exact same
I am fine with a new app for the newest iOS. Why make the app stop being accessible for those of us who are happy with our otherwise fine iPhone 8! These app writers seem to think that we are fine with throwing out our perfectly functioning older phones and spending big bucks yet AGAIN and AGAIN for a marginally better phone. They may not realize that we pay for our own stuff and not our parents or employers.
My brother used an oil based stain on my floor. We only have latex varnish! Y’all are lifesavers, brush & all. Getting Home Depot credit card was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. We don’t get paid until next week but we are covered NOW. Whew!

Sorry but having to get 5 different authentication codes to complete a transaction is just too much trouble.
I keep getting into an infinite loop. Had to sign in 4 times to purchase an item.
Always having problems with the app.
What can you possibly need to ‘fix’ every freaking week? I don’t use your app, or for that matter your stores, often enough to keep this app up to date, but I am not allowed to use it if it’s 2 days after you push an new version. I’m not going to burn through cellular time just to download your new app when I need product information. Just back of some, please?

Home Depot on-line checkout is the worst.
Delivery scheduled for tomorrow. Saved me a trip to the store, going on an in-store hunt searching for an item only to find out the item is out of stock. 🫶🏾😊
