Trying to pay for my item was like pulling teeth

Liked the product specs and the recommended capacity categories for type of usage

I do not have the products yet but the ordering process was smooth and simple

Love the convenience of free delivery.

App is slow and glitchy. Not an easy app to navigate back and forth from section to section. Payments and delivery pages are well displayed and convenient.

The apps is not working and is a time I need it to shop around very disappointing

Using your app is always an exercise in frustration. Especially the cart & payment sections - strange error messages, failed payments even using a card I use every day.

I like this app a lot and I like that I can order things that may be too large for me to carry Home and they usually will deliver for free

Very slow, really need patience to use this app, very unfortunate that Home Depot can’t provide a decent app as billions dollar company, what a shame!!

I called the store. They told me they had trucks available when I got to the store, there were not trucks available. I called another store. They said you cannot come get a truck without an online reservation. So I got an online reservation and then they told me they don’t have any trucks. Now I have made my second reservation. And we will hope that my truck is available when they said it will be, and if not, I’m going to be having a conversation with corporate.

Great app easy to use.

Delivery scheduled for tomorrow. Saved me a trip to the store, going on an in-store hunt searching for an item only to find out the item is out of stock. 🫶🏾😊
