Don’t know what the problem was/is but it took 3 times to place my order for 3 things! Kept saying I needed to update delivery options, my CC info. EVERYTHING was as it should be and it kept rejecting the order. Believe me when I say 3 strikes your out, had it not gone through the 3rd time I’d of said guess it’s telling me I don’t need it and emptied my cart
So much easier to browse online since many items are available online only. By having an account, my military discount is already taken and I can track an order or look up past purchases.
As of today. Why do I have to login three times to go to the pro x section even with Face ID passkey? The app was working extremely well until today.
I have NEVER seen a less user friendly website. I submitted an order to pay with PayPal THREE times before I could get my order confirmed! If the order hadn’t gone through that time I was headed to the Lowe’s site. Grrrr!

Ordering online quick and easy cannot believe I get the delivery so fast in one day
I added $50 gift card to order but when I checked out the gift card was not included! As a result I cancelled the order! Very disappointed
Genuinely made me do it multiple times just to try to get the Home Depot card to work and kept giving me an error code about my delivery address even though it was the exact same
I had to go through the shipping and payment prompts 3 different times before it actually queued the final ‘purchase’ option. I hope my delivery goes smoothly..
