If you put items into your cart it says free delivery, but if it comes from the store it’s a $35 delivery fee that’s only one fine print line at the end of checkout. Sneaky bait and switch

Not everyone is ready to upgrade their phone!!! Why make it easier to shop at Lowe’s, Ace Hardware or Amazon … FIX IT please

I love the ease of ordering pallets of mulch and manure delivered to our house. It is well worth the cost of delivery, and the drivers have always been very friendly as well.

Had trouble placing order via phone. Kept telling me to refresh. Deleted and waited a day. Same trouble went to tablet and after setting up with account and password and going to email for a code finally got ordering done. Very slow website. To many steps

Terrible! Gives error if you try to setup Face ID login.. Then it signs you out every day…. A multi billion dollar company and can’t even get an app working….

I got this app for the scanning options for when I am at the store to see what the reviews are on certain items. If I can get it to work (some stores the signal is blocked), it’ll scan well and give me the info I was looking for. Most of the time it doesn’t especially on major appliances like a washer because the store does not have a barcode on the display items (there is one on the side of the tag info but it doesn’t work). The take a picture feature is absolutely useless. I tried with several different items and it would come up with everything BUT that item I actually need info on. Other than that, when it doesn’t work, it helps me find items and tells where they are located.

Took three tries, six different verification codes until the order finally went through with PayPal, I guess? Now going back to email to see if payment is processed? Not easy.

When I select sign in. It takes me to the create new account menu. I’ve been having issues paying my account due to this..can’t even log in to my account. This is a horrible app…

I enjoy curbside because the Home Depot associates are always extremely friendly and helpful

I added $50 gift card to order but when I checked out the gift card was not included! As a result I cancelled the order! Very disappointed

Genuinely made me do it multiple times just to try to get the Home Depot card to work and kept giving me an error code about my delivery address even though it was the exact same

Can't change address if you make a mistake on order

On the website it said that free delivery was tomorrow and when I purchased we still got the free delivery but it kicked it out 1 week.

Delivery scheduled for tomorrow. Saved me a trip to the store, going on an in-store hunt searching for an item only to find out the item is out of stock. 🫶🏾😊
