Walmart: Shopping & Savings

As soon as I sign into the pharmacy the app crashes. Deleted and reloaded but still doesn’t work.

My tire order, placed 4 months ago, is still showing as pending. I contacted customer service but it didn't resolve the issue. I can't cancel it.

Why do you not have a dark mode feature ? And why is there no pay now option ? I like the option so could you please come up with options like others have for our convenience..

First and foremost, when shopping online, using the Walmart app - I don’t ever get my orders on time or without half of my items missing, however what is MOST frustrating, is that when I choose the OPTION to have the items SHIPPED, instead of delivered (shipping as in, items coming from warehouse and being packaged in boxes, and mailed to your home) the items STILL arrive as a “delivery” order, in Walmart bags, and most often the deliveries will be spread out over multiple days, with only one or two items being delivered at a time, so essentially with one order that I choose to have shipped to my home, they will send several different delivery drivers with one or two bags each, having one or two items in the bag, this will happen over a number of days so it will take quite a while for my whole order to arrive, not without half of the order being missing though because the vast majority of the time the items will still be “unavailable.” The whole order will be treated as a delivery order even though I chose shipping. I’m sorry but when I buy items from Amazon, and choose to have them shipped. They actually arrive, they don’t tell me they are all of a sudden “unavailable” after I’ve purchased them. They don’t have lazy OGP shoppers/workers. Walmart is a waste of time and money, ESPECIALLY if you waste your money on Walmart+ like I have. Use Amazon instead, you will actually get the items you PAY FOR. Anyone who shops at Walmart or uses the Walmart app can tell all of these “positive” reviews are fake.. just actually read the reviews, they’ll be negative but yet still show 5 stars? Walmart is disgusting.

So I’ve been having the Walmart app for some time now I’m a Walmart member for the subscription and recently. It did an update for the application and now I cannot get past the screen that says “ more Personalized viewing experience” after the update the continue button is just frozen. It won’t let me get to view anything that I’m shopping for.

I love the app. I’m just really upset that I cannot combine my old account with my new one.

Walmart now has Bridgerton dresses and clothes by Millie Bobby brown. Running out of sizes tho as they’re popular! I’m excited to try them on and get it delivered to my house. I also use online delivery for cat litter catalyst as much as I can. I do like Walmart pay so I just bring my phone into the store and don’t need my wallet even…so convenient!

I was very happy to have spoken with Yasmine, who called me after I requested a customer service rep to contact me through the chat service. In our conversation, she cleared up details about a possible double enrollment for Walmart+. Also, I became familiar with how to use the delivery service from the pharmacy. It was a great experience all the way around. Please let her know she did a great job! Kudos!

It was very easy to shop just make sure that all the items are in the bag and verify with the Walmart app to get a refund on any missing items. Great way to shop HONESTLY!

Tried to make a purchase. The app gets to a “Let’s verify it’s you” screen, but the app freezes every time. Can’t input my phone number, can’t exit that portion of the transaction, can’t go back.. This makes the app utterly useless if you can’t even make a purchase.

Purchased many things over the years and always totally satisfied! Always true to size and lots to chose from!!!

I have come to check Walmart for pretty much everything now because often their prices are better than other online services.

I have very few options to be able to get groceries. I have to do this due to sheer necessity if it was my choice, I would not use the service. They have robbed me to my knowledge at least five times.

My account was hacked, debit card information stolen. Try to get a hold of someone to help.. no such luck.

Good app. Sometimes lags

I do love the app but recently it has been glitching and it will just cut off and then I have to go back in and start all over again for what I was searching for. Please fix it! Apparently the app has not been fixed yet. As I am still having problems trying to order the same size clothes and they keep putting me back to size 4 and five. I don’t know what’s going on, but you really need to fix that app.
