Walmart: Shopping & Savings

Your online ordering website is just pitiful for the successful business you have. If you want to change stores to a local store where order is originating from it is difficult. If you want to ship to someone other than yourself it is ridiculous. It wouldn’t take the address, it wouldn’t let me change the name. It won’t let you change a size when you are checking out without going back. It is a huge time waste. You need to do some work on it if you want people to choose it as their go to instead of Amazon. The only thing you have going is the same day delivery.

I like how easy it is to order and have delivered the same day!

I like how I can find any item that I am looking for. It lets me know the price, if and how many are available in store and exactly what isle to get it in. Perfect!

I use the app in the store to tell me what aisle to find stuff. It’s a good retail app to see all the products and order

By the time I navigated the website and re-ordered what Walmart didn’t have I could have driven to the store and bought it.

The app is always freezing during a search. Works okay for a few minutes then BOOM frozen and jittery. Have to restart constantly for a single order. Tried on both wifi and cellular (while having 4 bars). Please cleanup the bloat on this app!

Would have given 0 if possible. The app auto adds services and subscriptions without telling you

Walmart is back to scamming its Spark drivers with super low ball offers again. The company is stealing the drivers tips and expecting us to go 50 miles for $9.00. I’m reporting this to a certain group of lawyers. I have screenshots that I’ve been taking since march as evidence. It’s illegal to pay less than 79 cents per mile according to the IRS.

Quick and easy

The site is easy enough to maneuver, I found what I wanted pretty quickly. The pick up time was reasonable at my local Walmart supercenter. But I totally resent having to save my card information before I could place my order. It’s too easy these days for people to hack into accounts and if the card number is there, guess what? I’ve had it happen on other accounts. I’m going to go into my account information and I better be able to unsave it or I’m done ordering from Walmart and will delete my account.

Fast, easy and dependable!

I’m not sure what’s going on, on my end. I deleted the app and redownloaded it, and still having issues completing an order. Even going on the website itself and it’s not working for me. On the app, it tells me my card info is wrong. After verifying several times, my card info is in fact, correct.. so needless to say it’s just really inconvenient for me, at this time.

Paid for an item two days ago. They marked it as shipped so I can’t cancel. The item has not shipped. Tracking says usps is still waiting for the item, only a label has been created. That’s deceptive practices and I will be filing a complaint with the ftc.

The Walmart app sucks it doesn’t work when I’m trying to use the fuel savings in need a major upgrade this little screen pops up for the gas savings when you open the app and near the pump then it goes away and nothing happens

I appreciate Walmart prices and the ability to pick up groceries nearby, but I’m so sick of this app choking and crashing multiple times EVERY time I use it. When I try to scroll a video ad appears and takes forever to load. Updates do not help. I swear it takes much longer to shop with this app than in the store (minus travel time), but am frequently not well enough to do that. Walmart PLEASE get it fixed. It’s been like this for years.

Why do you not have a dark mode feature ? And why is there no pay now option ? I like the option so could you please come up with options like others have for our convenience..
