I love the app. Wish I was able to order water through the app. One of my children can only get that. And it’s always seems to be an issue when ordering at certain locations.

I’m tired of seeing AI garbage in every single product for no reason. I do not need AI to tell me drinks, I will talk to your human workers to get recommendations from someone who can actually drink the drinks and give real recommendations. We don’t need slop in every aspect of our lives.

Good luck attempting a refund if an order was abruptly sent to farthest from given location.

App is so easy friendly and has all the search options I feel like I need. Not just for beverages but for locations and ordering as well.

Starbucks’ recent decision to team up with ChatGPT has me strongly considering no longer going there. Every question you ask uses up what little drinking water we have left. It is incredibly unnecessary to have this even as an option. Until this is removed, I will no longer be drinking any Starbucks.

I’ve been using the app for YEARS and years. I’ve never, ever, ever been able to access promos, games, anything you might earn points on, for participating. You’d think Starbucks would have a tech savvy department, to ensure the functions that are SUPPOSED to be available, actually work. For EVERYONE.

I’m an addict and this app just enables me every single day.

I cannot even begin to tell you how much I love this app. Starbucks is life, caffeine is life, caffeinated and medicated for everybody’s protection.. Chronically ill and totally chill. I’ve been a GOLD star member since 2009, so junior year of high school & I’ve never looked back. I tell you what it’s been a pain in the butt sometimes to update the app. Due to my software needing to be updated on my iPhone, however, it pushed me into finally updating my phone. I’ve never looked back since. The best thing that has come from 2020 is the fact you could mobile order. I’m sure it was lingering before, but it has been one of the most amazing things in my LIFE. So I highly suggest if you’re a caffeinated B like me, get it!!! ♥️☝🏽
