With the app I can see that I’m constantly being charged for the wrong drink. They make my drink right because I’m a regular but the be brown sugar oatmeal drink is two dollars more than the shaken espresso and I can see it in the app every time I get charged, but my drink is not made that way because they know my car

If you’re buying Starbucks you might as well have the App it gives you free drinks

I haven’t used my Starbucks app for over 6 months & when I went to use it today I noticed a significant difference on what I had on my card. I submitted a request for transaction history and they said, sorry they only keep 90 days! WTH Use to enjoy a coffee every now and again, but no longer with Starbucks

I’ve been using the app for YEARS and years. I’ve never, ever, ever been able to access promos, games, anything you might earn points on, for participating. You’d think Starbucks would have a tech savvy department, to ensure the functions that are SUPPOSED to be available, actually work. For EVERYONE.

Seems like you can’t book the pick for a future time. It only shows the time it will take to make the order. So as a users have to wait and time checkout closer to pickup time.
I popped into a location that is new to me while waiting for my daughter to finish a nearby activity. The store was clean and service was fast. My favorite Summer drink is the Venti coffee Frappuccino affogato style, with almond milk.
I’ve been getting directions since I was five and I’m fell in love literally every morning before school. I come here at 5 o’clock in the morning to get a Starbucks. I’m in love.
