No one asked for ChatGPT implementation and it’s disgusting.

And they tell me they love me all the time. My Starbucks is the best place to be when u need a motivation boost. The young people are happy and always kind and smiling. There Is Reed, Julian, Gwen, Courtney , Maddie, Angelina and Shaan. There are a few others but don’t know their name yet.

The app is slow and glitchy at random, logging me out and lagging. Now they want to add AI?? Absolutely not going to use that and honestly I’m not sure if I want to use the app after they force us to add ChatGPT in it. I *HATE* AI being forced into every situation and condemn the company for being a sell out to the tech company pressure. No one asked for the feature to be added. No one needs this. App developers need to remove this immediately. We are ruining fresh water so someone can ask a robot what coffee they should order and it’s absolutely despicable.

Using chatgpt to decide what to drink is so beyond ridiculous. We don't need AI for this.

This app I so useful it helps me when I’m in a rush and I need to preorder something from Starbucks this is an amazing resource!

Came to a Starbucks store and all the people that ordered after us got their drinks and we were waiting for 15 minutes

For over 25 years I have been getting my coffee from Starbucks. It’s been my office, my second home and a place for my family and it to visit. Simply a great brand

They need help on the weekend, this new crew is slow and confused and there is no manager in charge!

I got a notification from the app today encouraging me to use ChatGPT to “get suggestions and customize the perfect drink for [my] mood, goals and preferences.” This is just… wasteful, stupid, offensive. All things I have never associated with the Starbucks brand until now.

Stop collaborating with ChatGPT. Your users do not need to be using AI to figure out what drink they want. They can either talk to the barista or figure it out for themselves. They do not need to be outsourcing decisions about literal coffee to an AI Chatbot.

There needs to be a massive update on locations with no inside seating. They mention in store ordering and then I arrive for it to be an order only window with not even outdoor seating available. Also the having to select a store first for ordering is smart because then for that particular store you know their menu. However there should just be a master ordering menu for looking at items. Pricing on the menu needs to be displayed before you add it to your cart.

You’re not advertising ChatGPT?! Ughhhh. Zero stars. It’s crazy how expensive drinks are getting. The app offered me a new holiday drink so when I tapped Order button, it added it to my cart. When I went to my cart, the drink was OVER SEVEN DOLLARS. For a DRINK! For that price I’d rather go get an actual meal! Starbucks is getting insane with this price gouging.

A collab with ChatGPT in order to order basic drinks is incredibly unnecessary and horrendous for our humanity. Get rid of it and make people actually need to think about something.

I’d already been backing off of Starbucks because of the lackluster deals compared to a couple years ago, but partnering the app with ChatGPT is the last straw of corporate idiocy I’m willing to deal with. Finally uninstalling, I’m free.

App is designed for you to forget to use your points or by the time you remember. They’ve expired. Points shouldn’t expire. Whoever made that decision at ya’ll board meetings was a sheister

There is no way to cancel or change an order if it was sent the wrong store. The stores also complain about this so it should be fixed.

Just amazing. If you need to ask, it’s just amazing. I love how it informs you how much more longer the food will take and more. If you are searching for a reliable app get this. Usually critique a lot, but this is my literal favorite food app. Get now.
