Starbucks is the best place ever

Super easy to navigate, haven’t had any issues and I’ve had the app for years now!

I love this place, friendly staff and great coffee!

I absolutely love when Starbucks logs me out once a year for my birthday, then gaslights me by saying my password is wrong. (It’s in my notes app) And when I tried making a new account it told me the email was in use, THATS BECAUSE ITS MY EMAIL AND YOU WONT LET ME LOG IN!

I miss out on earning 100 because the app glitched out. It took my money and didn’t actually place the order.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Sometimes it signs me out at the wrong time but other than that, peachy!

I love Starbucks you guys always do such a great job with my drink. I mean there are times we miss the mark, but no can't be perfect. I feel by now. The ladies all know my my request. My only complaint is I hate the new nugget ice. It's awful. I work hours and it melts quickly which means I have to drink my drink faster, which is not enjoyable for me. The other ice was bigger and did not melt as quickly.

I cannot even begin to tell you how much I love this app. Starbucks is life, caffeine is life, caffeinated and medicated for everybody’s protection.. Chronically ill and totally chill. I’ve been a GOLD star member since 2009, so junior year of high school & I’ve never looked back. I tell you what it’s been a pain in the butt sometimes to update the app. Due to my software needing to be updated on my iPhone, however, it pushed me into finally updating my phone. I’ve never looked back since. The best thing that has come from 2020 is the fact you could mobile order. I’m sure it was lingering before, but it has been one of the most amazing things in my LIFE. So I highly suggest if you’re a caffeinated B like me, get it!!! ♥️☝🏽

Even little caesars got apple pay on the app, caveman type app

The latest version of their rewards system changed your “free drink”. Now it only covers $10 of your free drink. Aka their drinks are so expensive that even Starbucks doesn’t want to pay that much. You pay hundreds of dollars before you get your free drink and now they don’t cover the whole thing. I was visiting Las Vegas and I tried to use my free drink coupon and getting a simple drink it came up to $15+. So I had to pay almost $6 for my “free drink”. Come on Starbucks don’t be so greedy. You are fine with us paying so much yet when you pay the price you so don’t want to pay it all anymore.
