Indeed Job Search

Starting a couple months ago, indeed will no longer show me jobs in my career field in Washington state and Will show limited jobs in Oregon State. I’ve tried creating a new account and deleting and reinstalling the app. I’ve tried using multiple different search terms. It will not show me jobs unless I use a web browser and I am logged out. Their customer support said that they’re doing a research project and that some jobs won’t be shown. I have no clue how hiding job results would provide any sort of valuable research information.  if you’re an employer, consider starting a class action lawsuit because your jobs are not visible to your job candidates.

Like most people have mentioned the application is very buggy. For example, I wanted to filter only on jobs that have a remote location. But when you click on the filter, the only thing you can choose is “all jobs” or “hybrid”. It won’t let you select remote at all. That’s a non-starter. Does anybody test these applications? Very poor execution.

you’ll have a better time calling the company themselves than using this app

This app/website has gone to trash. They now support scammers. Definitely use a different site/app.

Companies say that this site post fake job openings. If you are planning to apply. Contact the job first to see if there is truly an opening.

When I get a notification (ie suggested job match) and then clear it there remains a number notification on the Home Screen. Only after I fully close the app and then reopen indeed - then close it again - does the notification go away

Don’t get this app. You won’t find a job here. Use other ones. I’ve been this app for a month, more than 30 applications and only heard back from one. SAVE YOUR TIME!!!

Multiple bug issues I can not even report. Please create a live support team?

Indeed used to work very well for me. Recently the algorithm for showing jobs only shows me the same type of jobs I have repeatedly excluded from my preferences. None of the jobs are relevant. I also wish UX/UI would be improved a little to include swiping jobs off the list instead of hitting the thumbs down button. Overall it’s easy to use but the job options have went downhill significantly even with adjustments to my preferences.

I don’t understand why this app shows one page of relevant job listings and the very next page is “jobs nationwide hiring” when there are still hundreds of listings in my town. This app is ghetto

Would be 5 stars but I get at least 3 notifications and 4 emails about positions with “Lensa” which seems to be a scam company. Received 25 emails in 2 weeks about postings from this company.

This app is hiding jobs from me that I would actually be interested in applying for. It's like there's an automatic filtering system in place that only shows me the worst jobs possible. I even search the job its self on the app and Indeed says "no results found". Meanwhile, if I google the job it pops up there and shows it in fact is listed on Indeed. So I have to log in that way through Google to be able to actually apply for the job. STOP HIDING JOBS FROM ME!

The program is like Fort Knox trying to get in and navigate. I totally gave up trying to work with it on apple phone

Ridiculous amounts of fake listings, hardly any options to choose from, rarely ever receive any type of communication from any applications, and honestly the reason it’s a joke is you still have a better chance of landing a job if you just go out in public or to a temp agency. This app is a JOKE

APP SUCKS!! I DONT recommend! It doesnt deserve ANY STARS!!
