HORRIBLE app. Nothing ever comes on time, I have quite literally never had something I ordered NOT be delayed, half of my orders come beaten up, and the drivers never follow the instructions for my apartment complex, so the other half ends up getting stolen, the chatbots are absolutely horrendous, and half the app is taken up by scammers. If this app wasn’t basically a monopoly of the delivery apps, nobody would order from here. I HATE this app with all my heart

After the last update, there are 3rd party ads embedded in the app - not ads for stuff on Amazon - ads that take you out of the app to a 3rd party site. Uninstalled the app because JFC I’m sick of living in Idiocracy.

I am paying for Prime delivery, but Amazon Flex drivers are becoming increasingly inconsistent and inefficient. What is the point of paying for Prime with overnight delivery if multiple Amazon Flex drivers do not deliver within the originally promised timeframe? Maybe it’s just my town that has an Amazon Flex driver issue, but I have had multiple packages either not delivered at all or consistently late. What I have been doing to get around this is placing another overnight order for the same items to get a better delivery driver, and then returning the original items after that. Usually, this allows me to get my items in a timely fashion. I still get my money back, and I get my items when promised. It’s actually kind of funny that I can even do this to get my items on time. It really goes to show the lack of consistency with delivery drivers in my town, and a deeper problem with Amazon gig work system. Also, Amazon wants customers to use manufacturer packaging to be eco-friendly, but in the very same breath, Amazon will have multiple packages delivered to the same house by multiple cars in one day. That is a pretty huge contradiction.

I tired to put just ONE THING into my cart after updating the app this afternoon. The app removes it from my cart and logs me out. REPEATEDLY! I have never had a problem like this to the point I am going to a different supplier JUST to get what I need for now until your tech minions figure this out.

Not always the best price but consistently follows through with delivery and quality.

Uses more battery than YouTube or TikTok for some bizarre reason

Didn’t deliver my package. Okay whatever. Tells me to wait 24h to file for refund. Okay whatever. *waits 24hrs and asks for refund* tells me to wait another 24hrs. Okay whatever. IM SUING THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND IT WILL NOT HAPPEN A THIRD.

Things made in other countries should be color coded! Some way to easily tell!

I used to be able to see lots of reviews on a certain item! now I only see a few reviews and they’re all positive. I don’t want to see reviews from 6,8 or 12 months ago. I want to see current reviews and I want to see bad and good! This is ridiculous. One of the reasons why I use Amazon and not eBay. Fix it or you’re gonna lose us.

Full screen ads that interrupt you while you’re trying to shop??? There is no end to the depths of corporate greed. If this keeps up, it will burn me badly enough to stop shopping on here. There’s a reason why Temu and Wish have the reputation they do. Are you next Amazon?

Love this, because it is so easy to get what I need fast

Jump you have to try and jump through hoops to change an address because they don’t deliver to post office ,options suck trying to navigate through the app.

Everything else works as it should but the when opening on a iPad on full screen it only shows it on half screen. It would be nice to see a larger picture of products.

The delivery drivers never follow any delivery instructions I leave. Despite escalating this issue with customer service for over a month, my packages continue to be delivered incorrectly. I’m required to be an Amazon Prime member by my employer, but I am ready to stop using them on a personal level and swap to any other delivery company, because this is ridiculous.

If you’re not a member then you don’t get free shipping I hate that
