The difficulty of over riding the “camera” and “microphone” in an Amazon search is extremely frustrating when searching for items with multiple interpretations, in the app. I’m sure there is some way to over ride these “features” but I can’t figure it out. I tried to find the “departments” drop down menu that used to exist but was unable to do so. I just gave up. Going to FAQ in customer service was a joke, completely useless and off putting. Just give us a standard search and allow the fancy camera and mic as add on options!

Why is it the if I buy something for 900 dollars and cancelled it why does it take more than 5 days and counting to get my money back I need the money back.

Half of my overnight packages end up getting delayed.

I didn’t buy anything from there a next thing I know they took $15.00 from my Cash App! Mindju I don’t buys anything from there and they are scammers. Don’t get me wrong thy have lots of great things I can say about their app but at the end of the day this is My money that they took from me when I bought nothing from them!

I have certain things in my cart at a time before placing orders and thrice now, the entire thing has been deleted out of the blue. I had over 30 items in there and can’t remember them all

Ever since the new update the app glitches. It doesn’t allow me to delete anything from my cart, but instead dos a page refresh and keeps asking me to sign in.

I have been using prime since 2018 and although it has its issue I never was mad enough to cancel my subscription. I had an issue with an in app subscription purchase and when I called customer service to see if they can help me, or if I need to call the subscribed app itself for support they were rude, wasted my time making me jump hoops to tell me what I already know and never cut the call cause they knew if it gets to reviewing the calls, they were gonna get a bad review. I muted the call and waited for them to cut the call so it would be directed to reviewing the customer service but it was at least a 5 minute stand off before I gave up and cancelled my subscription. Not only were they rude but they were so cunning about it. I have had some frustrating customer service calls with Amazon before but never like this.

This app really lacks one that competes with it so that it understands that it cannot do what it wants with customers, in almost all my prime orders or packages do not arrive or change the date to those of 1 week of delivery ..

Fix your app. I cannot add things to my cart. See my cart without logging in multiple times. Error messages. Failure to load. The website works just fine. Been a prime member over 25 years. Never had a problem til now.

Product listings have become too cluttered and I can never find the “add to list” option anymore. It seems to be completely unavailable for some items

We should be able to move things from one list to another in bulk. Doing it one by one is annoying and time consuming. I now have to break down my wishlist because I can’t reach the bottom of it anymore. Please make this easier to do.
