Usually I love Amazon and have been a prime member for years, but recently The app crashes and/or signs me out everytime i go to the cart menu, or i try to go to my account tab. And then gives me the “oops, something went wrong” message.
Terrible long wait customer service. I hate their new ai features couldn’t get to the solution
I agree that plastic is bad, but for sure there’s a tough- enough paper bag out there for shipping, right?
App is terrible on iPhone 17 Pro. Even after updates. It crashes out during orders and product reviews. Insanely annoying most of the time. Just use the website.
IVe been trying for years to change my account to my new country I live in. It keeps making all my Amazon devices go to France and in French. I do not want my account in French!

My account was hacked, debit card information stolen and trying to get any help through customer service is a joke.
It is not acceptable that Amazon doesn’t provide live agents anymore and that when you want to return something they put you in a perpetual loop where you think you’ll get to make the return when in fact they just send you back to where you started. Another lawsuit waiting to happen
Download the app after ipad update. It didn’t load or do anything. Not the first it’s happened.
Vicious cycle of OTP an signing out and stating page not found with all CC info even though just ordered something 5 minutes prior.
Very weak customer care team. They have 0 respect and responsibility for 3rd party sellers on their platform. They say they do but actually the merits go to 3rd party vendors incase of a delivery delay or product satisfaction. Amazon has 0 say on such matters and will do whatever the vendor says as ‘they pay’ them the money to sell their products on Amazon’s platform. The customer care i was chatting with was least empathetic and then closed the chat abruptly when he no longer could answer my questions.
Amazon made me wait all day and said it was going to be here it’s still not here and it’s 11pm 🥲
I tried to make my password different because I forgot it but no you can’t do that the only options if I forgot my password my password isn’t working, which is basically the same thing, and some other bs over all this is terrible because idk just bad
Waste of money buying prime.. Nothing ships when it is supposed to. Driver passed my house, with my package, just to drive 25 mins back to the shipping center. I would give it zero stars if possible. Not the first time I have had issues with shipping delays because I have NEVER received a package on time. Pointless.
Cannot get live personal help and products delivered are opened or previously used. Temperature sensitive deliveries are not controlled and arrive hot above recommended level. Customer service is designed to block care. Cannot count on products being what they allege and Amazon does not care.
Finally gave up on updating my credit card and just gave a new one. Then it popped up with an option to update the expired card…after repeated attempts to update telephone number, misspellings, addresses I gave up on the first two and just added another address. Oddly, the address showed up wrong on my order but correct in the address listings. There’s really not time in life for this kind of thing!
I have tried several different times to start a return and keep getting an error message. I am getting frustrated that I can’t return several things that don’t work for me. Nothing wrong with the items but the app won’t allow me to process a return.
Unsure how else to get help, but the app keeps crashing every few minutes and photos are slow to load when viewing reviews and products. My phone is completely up to date.
