After sorting by price it failed to open the selection I have to exit the app every time and retry every time…. Gets annoying real fast

The iOS version is a pain to use. Can’t check an item and go back to point of origin in que. I shop on the other one

Package is out for delivery but left your state for another state. Support nothing but AI prompts. Ability to actually get real tech support? Nope. Have I ordered many things from Amazon? Yep. Often screwed by shipping errors? Yep. And that’s not to say there isn’t other services with their flaws. But they’re rapidly on a decline. Every order I’ve had of recent was either botched in delivery day or had some other issue.

Question of the day why in the hell did you change my entire apps language for no reason I had it set for English my entire life and suddenly when I go to open Amazon, everything is in Spanish and guess what? I don’t know how to read Spanish, so how do I change the language back? I have no clue.

the app was great till you incorporated ai into the search bar. when I search for an item, I want the items to show up. not a description of the item from ai. please give us an option to disable this feature or remove it.

It’s frustrating that gift cards can’t be on multiple accounts

Customer support is impossible to get to. Customer service is hidden and can’t find a contact number or chat anywhere to found.

The Amazon Shopping app has great features that make it easy to find the items I need and want.

Amazon is amazing I can find anything I want it’s just a bit expensive and I’m scared something will break while shipping I just wish things were a bit cheaper so I could buy more but still amazing you can find anything♥️♥️♥️

The app used to work well, but since the latest update it crashes after viewing 2 items every time. I’ve tested it multiple times with the same result. Really hoping this gets resolved quickly…

I agree that plastic is bad, but for sure there’s a tough- enough paper bag out there for shipping, right?
