I ordered some beverages and different things and when the boxes are real big, they do bring it down and put it by my door. I appreciate that so much. I told Alexa to thank the driver for me. If I’m not home I really appreciate what they do.

Crashing too often.

I just got the new app update, and every time I try minimizing things by pinching the screen to back up from having the zoomed in view to see detail on the pictures, the item I’m looking at disappears and needs to be re-searched to be found!! This is terribly annoying. Please fix it!!!

it decided to log me out and keeps insisting i do a verification code but it won't send me the code. fix your app. i'm not verifying with a government id and waiting days just because y'all ain't send me a code

An Amazon worker collapsed and died while working at an Oregon warehouse. A manager told workers “get back to work”, leaving the man’s dead body on the floor for an hour. A CPR trained co-worker asked a manager if he could preform CPR but the manager said “It has to be management or safety team. Please get back to work. Just turn around and don’t look.”

This company would rather let their workers die than treat them dignity. All for profit.

When you open the 10 stops away notification it no longer shows the map it just stays blank and it’s been doing this for the last few updates.

Logged out of my account for ordering an e bike, amazon wont even let me log back in, it just brings me back to the same page over and over. Goofy ah mfs.

Usually products are great, however the majority of the issues we experience are due to the delivery drivers.

Obviously Amazon is successful because of how convenient it is. My only issue would be that if you don’t leave feedback exactly as they say, you are forever blocked from leaving reviews. They say you can contact them about it but I never get a response back. I’ll still use the app because of the convenience, sometimes the prices but it’s sad that it’s becoming like a lot of other apps with intense guidelines you have to follow or you lose privileges. Btw I never left bad reviews and always tried to follow guidelines.

My package keeps getting delayed it was supposed to come the 9 now it the 15 like I want my package NOW

So disappointed in Amazon. Packages previously arrived within a couple of days, now it’s a week. Price continues to go up but services go down. Not sure I will keep much longer.

Amazon appears to be making it more difficult for you to talk to someone That way they can force you to keep things that are even broken. You can’t dispute anything. I would not recommend Amazon to anyone anymore. They changed their whole format where you cannot even click a button. Enter your phone number and have a customer service representative call you back at the number you provided. I will not be ordering anything from Amazon Again. I had four things to return. They made me take them to three different locations so I spent half a day running to stores to get my free return. They know what they’re doing they’re making it harder for the people who are helping to keep them in business. Therefore, I’m taking my business elsewhere! They represent third-party sellers that can obviously charge any amount they want to have you return an item I will not support a company like this company. Good luck to you, Amazon!!!!!

I recently downloaded today and the app crashes about 5 minutes into browsing.

The company does not take care of their employees. Matter of fact there has been death due to negligence the packages. Do not arrive on time. It takes multiple days if not weeks two months for the money to be taken out of your account for it to even be shipped it is a lousy company who does not care about their employees or customer experiences. employees are even outraged and expressing themselves.

I agree that plastic is bad, but for sure there’s a tough- enough paper bag out there for shipping, right?
