Love everything except that the Rufus AI is being forced into the app with no way to turn it off. Provide an option to remove Rufus and I will happily change this to 5 stars :)

Amazon always promises a delivery date and half the time they never deliver on that date

Totally thrilled with this product. The large print is a 24 or greater font. The pages are soft, off white, and non reflective. I can read for extended time. I love it!

The app is glitchy AF, please fix the bad updates. Delivery has gotten worse, while prices have gone up. Next day delivery turns into 5 day delivery. Soft plush dog toy is shipped in a box while breakables, sunglasses and ceramic soap dispensers are shipped in envelopes. No logic. Other than that, Amazon is still a decent option when shopping for better prices.

Driver sometimes leaves package in sun then the chocolate candy melts fairly quickly. Not good!!

Now every search is ruined by a poorly integrated AI. This is pervasive and invasive. It doesn’t work well and now is how search works by default.

Ok, nobody really makes anything in America anymore. But 90% of the products on Amazon are Chinese. And hey, they are good people, excluding government and many businesses, just like us. But the issue is so many cheaply made and stolen products. Whatever, buy what you want. I simply want my moneys worth. And Amazon? When you say my product will arrive on a specific date, don’t change it. You agreed to a set date. I can online shop elsewhere.

Every time I try to order something, there’s an error. Add an item to my list? Error. Change my payment? Error. I’ve tried to use the app every day but end up ordering off my desktop pc because at least it works there.

They will blow you up multiple times a day with notifications. The most annoying one is “we found something we think you’d like” and it’s nothing remotely close to anything you’ve purchased in the past. After 2 days of being too annoyed, I finally turned the notifications off. It’s companies like that that lose to blow you up with worthless junk that ruin it for themselves that now if they have an important notification for me, I will not receive it. Do better Amazon

1. Makes changes to my cart after I submit payment. These are not approved substitutions. 2. Changes my selected delivery time. I select a time when someone is home and about 50% of the time Amazon changes it such that my groceries sit on my hot porch because no one is home to bring them in.

Paid extra for overnight shipping and then told me my package would arrive next day very disappointing get it together Amazon ur a multibillion corporation you should be able to handle it after I paid you extra for shipping

For some reason Amazon asked me to login 5 times just to buy one item. With in 7 seconds I was asked to login multiple times. Sounds like fraud so I called customer service who tried explaining to me that in order for me to access my account I need to login……. And that everyone needs to login to access their account. It was asking me to login to view my cart or make purchases. All customer support said was that I need to login. I get better support from talking to a wall. They did not understand fraudulent issues but I guess that’s what happens when you hire the cheaper customer support thanks Amazon for being cheap

First off, it’s all useless garbage on here, no real clothes, it’s all 100% polyester clothes made by an 8 year old in Vietnam, being sold for $60. I see you guys raising the prices of things I buy, and then giving it an “11% discount”. That’s shady. Worst of all, You guys treat your workers like slaves and expect people to still want to give you their money. Back to Walmart.

Idk what’s going on but my app is constantly closing out and not loading. Please fix this issue.

After a recent app update, in the search results section the “deliver to” section covers up the filter select selections blocking their access. And then it randomly appears and disappears . Frustrating

With each passing year, they go downhill more and more
