Nice app

I renewed my free trial for LinkedIn Premium and when I went to cancel it because I’m not searching for a job anymore, it said I can’t cancel it from my phone. I’m traveling and don’t have access to my desktop. Seems like this is LinkedIn’s cash grab by not allowing people to cancel their subscription. Extremely disappointed. Deleting my account now.

Great app. Works great between desktop no mobile but please bring back the option where we don’t have to include the start and end month for any education we add

If you follow me you know I am authentic in voicing my thoughts...99.9 percent of the time, I will hit a home run, but then there are those that do not seat well with my audience...Yes I have one. When I can barely get a post out ( I always forget spellcheck...so I edit...impression are clicking fast than I can control. I know my post make the reader laugh, or really think about an issue from a different angle ...The banter is real. Thanks LinkedIn.

Loving the premium version, but 90% of the jobs I apply to on LinkedIn are requesting a link to my LinkdIn profile, and there’s no option to auto-fill. This forces me to back out of the application to go copy the link so I can have it on my clipboard once I reach that page. Once it’s on the clipboard it’s not a problem, but now I can’t copy/paste anything else in any of my applications or I lose the LinkedIn profile link. Not what I’d expect for $67/month

For the last week, I’ve been logged off of LinkedIn and can’t get logged in as it says I need to be verified. I’ve been trying to verify that I’m me. I keep going through the walk through and some days it won’t take my phone number. The few times it did, I used my id and everything to verify and at the end of it all it says it can’t process my request and to please try again later. And today I thought Ive finally made it through as it when through all the steps and said I’ve been verified and it was logging me in. I was so excited and waited and all I got was a blank page. After waiting 15 or so minutes with nothing to log in, I closed it off and tried going it just for it to start all over again. Really!!! This is so frustrating!!! I’ve also tried on a computer to get through with no luck. I’ve even tried to contact someone but it says I have to log in before I can contact anyone. Seriously?!?! That is the exact problem, I can’t login!!! Are you all having issues with this and your other users? Or is this just me??? Is there a solution??? Help!

Completely useless app, if I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been applying for jobs for over 6 months and haven’t gotten any interviews. The job listings seem like a scam and a seems more like an ad than a job. The platform is flooded with ads and sponsored posts. It seems like LinkedIn cares more about advertising than actually getting people hired or at least an interview. Waste of time, don’t count on this app to get you anything useful, this app is just for the looks, and on top of that they want you to pay for the premium version of the app, completely a joke .

LinkedIn is useless and especially since Microsoft acquired them. Innovation has stopped and this social media platform is the saddest and most boring platform ever. People are just self promoting and most post are so cliche. Count how many of them start with “I am humbled…” so much BS. In addition LinkedIn as an app is full of bug. Microsoft is not known to fix bug once introduced. Time for a good social media platform for business professionals that actually connect people and provide opportunities to learn. Not one where people are just trying to promote themselves.

I enabled a premium trial, now to cancel I can’t do it in the app. I can’t do it via my browser on my phone. They make canceling as hard as possible.

This app use to be great now it’s just spam and bots. It’s not a serious app anymore to find jobs blindly.

Download this app if you want to get 100+ emails and notifications a day. The spam is insane; to turn everything off, you literally have to click through 20 pages manually to deactivate each type of notification. It is good for HR to review the profile on your resume, but getting hired off LinkedIn? Very unlikely. They just love to collect your data and use it for analytics.

linked in is straight garbage. It won’t work on my iPhone demanding that I upgrade to the newest version. No it should work no matter what version iOS I’m on get it together. I think I’m deleting this and taking back all my data, they don’t deserve it.

All the jobs are fake and full of “recruiters” who will get your information for a job and then you never hear back. Then the same recruiter company has another job for me 2 weeks later, they also never reach back out. The last time I was able to find a job on this app was 2020.

UPDATE: just got an app update, updated. Same issue. Not sure what has changed. As of the past day or so, when I sort my job search by most recent, it only shows 1-3 jobs that match my request. Even though it shows hundreds before I sort by most recent. No other filters. Does not matter what my search term is, if I sort by most recent, there are only ever 2-3 jobs displaying. So frustrating! Foolish that I’m paying for premium too!
