After trying to sign in on the app and webrowser, I keep getting denied with the Captcha puzzles. I can’t use LinkedIn if I can’t log in.
this is the fakest social network by far
My account was flagged and restricted for no apparent reason ( everything complied with policies) and it is next to impossible to contact any customer service. To access the help desk you have to be logged in which I was unable to do.
I have no problems with the app other than I now have a notification number on the app for all the things I haven’t scrolled past on my feed. Please change this feature. This is not going to encourage me to scroll.
Too many fake job and scam postings. As well as resume writers and career coaches spamming your inbox. It used to be a great place to interact and search for jobs for there is so much fake postings and data harvesting. You’ll apply for hundreds of jobs and never hear back it’s a waste of time I don’t know how long it’s been this bad. AI has ruined easy apply and ghost jobs and scammers on LinkedIn are rampant.
When I search a company or a specific job, it only shows result for my area. I could not find how to change the result to the whole US. The app is hard to use even for a mobile engineer.
They locked me out of my account because I didnt pass those stupid impossible captchas and bot checks, and now I need my government ID so they could take my info
Who needs explanation on what LinkedIn says it is? The problem is it’s not what it says it is. The app is also a resource hog, and guess which company founder is on -The List-? Go ahead and subscribe, though: they’re making fun games to play with subscription revenue, so you have that in between all of the virtue signal posts. Yay! I have to say, though: the genuine people I meet on the platform are very awesome and we are always looking for more people who want to not come to the table but burn it down to build a new one.

Great app. Works great between desktop no mobile but please bring back the option where we don’t have to include the start and end month for any education we add
If you follow me you know I am authentic in voicing my thoughts...99.9 percent of the time, I will hit a home run, but then there are those that do not seat well with my audience...Yes I have one. When I can barely get a post out ( I always forget spellcheck...so I edit...impression are clicking fast than I can control. I know my post make the reader laugh, or really think about an issue from a different angle ...The banter is real. Thanks LinkedIn.
When editing my profile, the headline does not show all the content I’ve entered. This makes it difficult to review and edit what I have entered. The editor should wrap text in order to visualize what has been entered.
I’ve applied to many jobs via LinkedIn and upon applying to one today that is in my home city, I contacted the company because I saw they are actually based in a different state. They responded and said they didn’t post that job and don’t hire for that particular role. I know ghost jobs are a thing, and it’s just frustrating because I’m sure I’ve applied to many other jobs like that without even realizing it. It’s a waste of time and sucks when this is literally the main purpose of LinkedIn.
Your app keeps stopping me from being able to be on the app. It tells me that it has the review and then it will not open. The app sends me back to open again and again and again this is why you’re getting a bad review.
If you’re even able to log onto the mobile app, all there seems to be available are MLM jobs, other pyramid schemes and ghost jobs that waste time, refuse to provide applicants with responses and allow for the collection of data for selling purposes.
LinkedIn does not feel built for professionals. It feels built to watch, profile, and monetize them. The networking is the disguise; data extraction is the business.
I found no place to place this feedback on tha pp so I will write it here. I don’t know who decided this recent update looks esthetically pleasing but it looks terrible. Please revert back to the former layout of the mobile app.
Why can’t you rotate your phone to watch a horizontal video full screen? Why are we forced to watch it on the size of a stamp? I would stay on the platform, instead I leave and go watch the content on YouTube where you can actually do this.
UPDATE: just got an app update, updated. Same issue. Not sure what has changed. As of the past day or so, when I sort my job search by most recent, it only shows 1-3 jobs that match my request. Even though it shows hundreds before I sort by most recent. No other filters. Does not matter what my search term is, if I sort by most recent, there are only ever 2-3 jobs displaying. So frustrating! Foolish that I’m paying for premium too!
