I am mostly disappointed with most of my orders.

I had a very disappointing experience with Temu. They advertised an offer promising 8 free gifts, but after selecting my items, I was required to spend over $10. By the time I completed my order, I had spent nearly $30 just to qualify. Despite meeting all the conditions, I only received 2 of the 8 gifts I had selected and unsurprisingly, they were the cheapest ones. The rest were never included, with no clear explanation. This feels extremely misleading and deceptive. The promotion gives the impression that you’ll receive multiple valuable items, but in reality, it’s just a tactic to get you to spend more money. I would not recommend trusting such offers, as they do not deliver what they promise.

When you order things sometimes it lets you pick free items. I have done this and never once have I received them

90% of items I’ve ordered have been good to great quality. 80% fit as expected. Some sizing not always as generous as expected Best things I ever bought were: The combination vacuum & electric razor, with many attachments. I groom my fluffy white dog at home. It’s wonderful. The nested set of 8 mixing bowls, with covers for each. The largest has a pop out in the center of the cover. There’s a grater that fits there and it’s awesome. Great quality. I bought a second set as a gift.

I love Temu! I have bought both great and not so great products here but Temu has never given me an issue about any complaints I have had. They have went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thanks Temu!

I ordered a four XL and they sent me a zero XL Because I also ordered two more gowns in champagne. Hopefully they send me the right size plus, I can’t even get the zipper down on this dress.

Temu is an app to make sales and promote. Please take the time to analyze and read each small caption so you don’t have to worry about over spending when you truly can’t. Temu seems to be a decent enough platform where you can buy items for a decent price depending on what you actually want and not fall for sales deals or 300 dollar discounts, those will be separated added up to 300 dollars. Please don’t rush with anything the previous orders I received seemed nice and reasonable for the price like the lion blue cologne it actually was nice and had a very long lasting scent that was appealing and not to dramatic. Also don’t fall for cheap deals sometimes spending more will acutely get you what you want from trusted sellers outside from Temu. Again at your own risk enjoy shopping. 👍

The transaction is very straightforward and I love it the updates the delivery is some I love it when driver take pictures and for forward to me that’s what I like please Temu keep your customers informed

There is a 99% chance you get scammed

I’ve made several purchases off Temu. For the most part, they’ve all been really good quality when received. When I have returned items because the size was wrong or I didn’t like the fabric, I usually received the refund within a day or two. My only issue is their stupid games. You can’t go into the app without it wanting to play these games for free items and you only need to spend one percent more to get the free items. But you never seem to be able to achieve that one percent. They need to just get rid of those because to me they’re fraudulent games. They’re really not gonna give you anything free so just don’t play the games but look for good buys.

This app is so useful for finding the things I need for a good price. Don’t ever believe them when they say you’ll get a full refund if you get an order it’s a scam but besides that it’s great.

I love browsing the Temu site for unique clothing, jewelry and shoes. Comparable items on other sites sell for a lot more. Only thing I’m disappointed in is that the local warehouse items still take a long time to arrive.
