Stash - Rule Based Proxy

Stash is more reliable in China than most other VPNs we’ve tried. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we are still unable to access our Disney+ account.

"I cannot set UA (User-Agent) for subscription links. I've decided to temporarily stop using stash. Although it worked well in the past, recently the proxy service I subscribed to requires custom UA. I'll come back to using it once this issue is fixed."

nameserver-policy cannot mirror normal routing rules (rule) in a true 1:1 way. In particular, Stash does not support using rule-sets inside nameserver-policy. Because of this, once FakeIP is disabled, global misrouting becomes unavoidable. DNS policy and traffic rules cannot stay perfectly aligned, so the practical result is more detours, worse locality, and lower overall routing accuracy. This is not just an advanced feature request. It has a huge impact on real-world usabitity makes configuration much harder, greatly reduces flexibility, and creates a much steepe learning curve for beginners. Many users are forced into manual expansion and work arou configs, which is unnecessary and discouraging. Please learn from Mihomo in this area. Supporting rule-sets in nameserver-policy would significantly improve usability, reduce config complexity, and make Stash much more beginner-friendly! Thank you!

This is the OG app and it’s totally worth the price. Works for me in extremely aggressive censorship in my country. Very steep learning curve but docs are very good. Once it clicks how to figure out the syntax it’s insane how powerful it can be. My setup is bypassing traffic using GEO ips, and by domain name. The rest goes through my VPS. Thank you! 💪🤝👍

My mac is running the iPad version of Stash, which I downloaded from App Store. The Launch button will disappear when the window’s width is big enough. I appreciate that you released several updates just to fix this, but unluckily on Mac now this bug still remains, when the window is in full size.
