Meta AI - Assistant & Glasses

Love the app and the glasses.

It’s really good and I love the idea of the shorts for AI, but the only thing that brought it down is that when I want it to make a video of something it doesn’t really understand even if I keep trying to explain it it gives me not exactly what I want. But the rest it great and I really recommend it!

Can’t get past setup screen without connecting to glasses, which I don’t have.

Too many useless features and App is very buggy and always crashes

Poor battery life on meta ray-ban displays since latest update. Reddit is filled with the issues. Massive battery drain.

After the April 2026 Muse Spark update, Meta AI removed live transcription with no way to opt out. The voice input is now just a black screen with sound waves. I need to see text while speaking for accessibility reasons. The toggle to switch back to text mode is completely gone. Please restore the live transcription feature or at least give users the option to choose. Removing accessibility features without notice is unacceptable. Location: Michigan, US. This started right after the April update.

When I open the app I have 2 options setup meta classes or get started with meta ai so I press get stated with meta ai then I log in it asks me choose the GLASSES I have even though I don’t have glasses.

Need voice recognition watching a video then my girl goes. Hey Meta activated my glasses. I think if we have a personal item on our heads, it should be used only for that one person and not be activated by anyone’s else voice. But mine

The good and the bad about Meta AI. As a screenwriter of powerful motion pictures, it’s a powerful tool for me. The theatrical quality is impressive. I like the fact I can insert pictures of people and characters into the video to help keep it real. My problem is that the Meta AI server goes down frequently. It’s especially irritating when I’m in the middle of working on a script and everything all of a sudden goes dark. I then can’t get anything done until it comes back up. Meta needs to improve server reliability so the AI engine won’t just quit in the middle of a project. Otherwise this is much more powerful than groc or any other AI engine I’ve tried, photo realistic video is tops. Improve AI engine reliability and versatility and I’ll give this APP 6 stars. I’d also be happy if they offered a professional version for pros for a small fee every month. But the reliability and versatility need some serious improvements.

The glasses are one of the best things to come out in a while. I wear them every day, listening to music and just asking meta what things are. Worth the money.

I kept getting ad for it. But I couldn’t even get started. I don’t have meta glasses. My friends were able to use the app without registering glasses. But I can’t seem to be able to do it. BS

Worked a couple of times but only getting error now as well as the ‘upsell’ command in the file

I just bought these a few days ago. I have to admit the video and sound is amazing. I recorded a few videos from a shooting competition and watched it on my 75" television. The graphics and sound is out of this world.

The AI portion of this app is trash… the images don’t look anything like me… have you heard of Sora AI? Now that’s a AI app that images look just like me maybe you can takeover their App since they’re shutting down… I want to create video that look like me…

got banned for no reason for CSE this is really getting out of hand

First off Meta is an unguarded useless tool. I had a business page on my Facebook page and I got a notification yesterday saying that I had been banned from using my business account because of some reason that I have no idea what it is because it doesn’t show up anywhere on my Facebook account so I’m banned until July 9th 2026. Here’s the whole problem with Facebook. Since day one when they developed Facebook, they never have put in a way that you could actually talk to a human being even before AI developed an integrated into their system, so it sucked from the word go as far as a customer stand point goes. So now I have no idea why I can’t access my business account page in my Facebook account because it says I was banned for violating some rule without even a warning or anything else straight up band. I’ve done something wrong well the only thing I do on Facebook is mine from my job. I work on marketplace selling shipping containers OK I don’t even post anything on my personal account unless it’s just something corny like one of my friends that I’ve been known for 35 years personally no not just on Facebook. Send me something so this is garbage. Meta sucks and their artificial intelligence sucks just like Facebook sucks and Mark Zuckerberg sucks.
