To ensure you stay protected, a reminder is sent every 15 minutes until you confirm your dose. My PrEP also calculates your protection status (exactly when your protection starts and ends) and the number of pills you need to take. No more guesswork—just follow the app’s instructions. Additionally, My PrEP seamlessly handles daylight saving changes and time zone shifts while traveling. Privacy First: All data is stored locally on your phone. No account creation is required. There are no analytics tools, no tracking, no cookies, and no automatic bug reporting. While this makes things a bit harder for us, your data security and privacy are our top priorities. Nothing is sent to the internet. The app works perfectly in airplane mode. Your privacy is respected and protected. You remain in total control: export your data at any time as a CSV file (for spreadsheets) or directly as a SQLite database. My PrEP also lets you record your quarterly STI screening results. Log the tests performed, the results, and you can even save your lab report directly in the app (as a PDF or photo). This way, your history shows your sexual health from A to Z. Upgrade to My PrEP+: Unlock optional features with a My PrEP+ subscription to track your sexual encounters. Log your activity with tags, location, notes, and partner details. Each entry shows your protection status, letting you know at a glance if it's safe to stop your PrEP. You’ll also get a map of your encounters and partner profiles with notes and Instagram links. And for the grand finale: at the end of the year, enjoy your My PrEP Wrapped, a summary of your year. Subscriptions also help support the app financially, as My PrEP is (of course) 100% ad-free.
