Customers are scamming more than ever. Getting their goods and money back. My account got disabled due to this and DoorDash doesn’t give a damn. Not one bit

Apparently doordash wasnt saving enough money by outsourcing dasher support foreign call centers, meaning you have to get past a language barrier before you can get a solution to whatever innevitable problem you ran into with this insanely buggy app. Now, they make you go through an AI virtual assistant before you can talk to an actual human being. I’m honestly impressed that they were able to make a robot sound so condescending. On top of that, the virtual assistant is not even a little bit helpful. I’m not exaggerating when I say that its like trying to get tech support from a magic 8 ball. These geniuses also programmed the virtual assistant so that it actively prevents you from speaking to live dasher support. It literally refuses to put you on the phone with a real human until you ask about 15 times. Chat support is no better. The virtual chat assistant is just as useless as the one on the phone. When you get through to live chat support with a real human, theyre even less helpful than the people on the phone.

After I accepted the order disappeared, I sat there and contacted support, they said this is a known bug, I got a late violation, support said it won’t hold because of the bug, they gave me a violation…

I have never worked for door dash for some reason, I’m not allowed to become a dasher. Why is that?

There’s not enough money with people tipping 2, 3, and 4 bucks and it takes a lot of gas. Then there’s too many people using this one app so I’ve been having issues with the app.

Half the time when I decline an order it just starts loading and won’t let me decline it until I refresh the app. It’s happening way too often please fix it.

I love the dasher app but I think it would be amazing if dashers had an option to add a “dash partner” so customers know if a dasher has another dasher that they’re working with.

i’m doing DoorDash from last three years with a great ratings and a lot of hard work I have insurance and everything but it’s too time that they shown my active hours just 19 but my actual active hours is 39. It means you don’t want me to pay Full healthcare stipend money. I tried to call many of your agent even I send you emails regarding this matter I have proof, but nobody is fixing this issue.

Unfair app! The app pays you with the customer's tip, because they pay only $2 or $2.50 per delivery, the rest is tip. Orders with little value and many miles, even having a platinum account. A support that doesn't help at all. I don't recommend it 👎🏻

They don’t provide any human support unless you are platinum and accept every order to get a good acceptance rate. And the pay for the majority of the orders doesn’t even pay for the gas used. It could be different for certain areas. However my area is not good.

After months on and basically getting told to wait three more days

I cannot believe the treatment I receive from DoorDash they should be ashamed doordash needs to pay 10 dollars per order

Seems like ai slop got to the the app. Constantly freeze and have to exit the app 4-5 times every delivery.

Tried to sign up to get paid on the crimson card in app. Won’t let me go next, after hitting continue. Edited the address and hit continue also and nothing. Don’t know if it’s because of the new iOS update. Tried it on iPhone Air and even old iPhone SE third gen to see if it would work but nothing. When I log into the website, my old number shows, for texting the link to download the app. No sync between online webpage and app account info. Also, can’t update payment info. Tapped on icons / arrow and it doesn’t work.

Hello everyone Ive been a dasher for about 3 years now on an off here’s my advice! The orders will be small at first but watche your ratings! The more you take without declining them no matter the price in a row like streaks the higher your rate will go and the bigger orders you will get I promise! I had a 69 dollar DoorDash and add gold level and rating being over 90 I get orders past 20 dollars and they can be simple as picking up only 3 items from a grocery store, I promise if anyone did this full time you can use it as a full time job! It is time consuming and you can make on average 100 or more a day by trying hard enough and doing that 7 days a week there you go but it’s still nice even when you think your out of food or late on a bill you can get this cash right away onto a seperate DoorDash card no need to even connect ur bank if anyone were to ask me which many had and started and now love it I’d say go do it it’ll save ya! Before you read the good reviews and decide to download this app look at the date on them. This app used to be a good way to make money, but in the last year it has gone downhill so quickly. In the last month alone they’ve gone from paid me $3.70 per delivery down to $2.60 and I’m sure it’s only gonna keep getting lower. With gas prices going up, this is not sustainable. You better hope you get some decent tips(which you probably won’t because the prices for the customer are so expensive). It’s doesn’t matter if you’re going 2 miles down the road or 20 miles down the road DoorDash is only gonna pay you about $2.60.

As a driver I’m listening to things on Spotify or podcasts on Apple Podcasts and try is app is now always silencing them, so now I have to drive in silence. Seems like we should have done some more testing of how this plays with audio apps. I also can no longer see a total for how much money I have to cashout with if I’ve already cashed out that week / day. It makes me less likely to continue dashing if I can’t easily see I need to make more money before I cashout. It takes an eternity for photos to upload when I’m sending them via the chat. Interestingly the uploads for the auto workflows are super quick. The slowness I experience is frustrating and significantly slows down my workflow and ability to effectively communicate with my customers/orderers. Why can’t we filter out certain stores as drivers? Why cant we set minimum offers we will accept? Why can’t we set max thresholds for weight of my order? Why can’t we see if we need to transport to an apartment door rather than just the lobby of a big building? This is incredibly important to know when evaluating an offer as walking into an apartment complex usually adds a large amount of time especially for shop and deliver.

I look the exact same as my drivers license, but nope, identity verification failed. I’m not dealing with support either to fix it. They will lock you from doing anything until you contact support and get someone to reset.

The app is lagging really bad and freezes while trying to get orders. Especially with the shopping ones. Idk what the update was for but it has lots of bugs and needs to be fixed.

Won’t let me change location been stuck on the same screen for days customer support don’t help
