When the app works it’s pretty good. Unfortunately it messes up a lot and then they penalize you in your ratings. It can be good, but they just don’t care enough to do it. And good luck if you need support, can’t understand them if you are lucky enough to actually get a human

DoorDash doesn't pay you enough for deliveries. I've been on numerous deliveries that take 30 minutes long and DD only gives you $2 for these deliveries. Not everyone tips so you're stuck losing money on deliveries where people don't tip. This should be illegal and when you deny these low laying jobs you're penalized for it. This is a lose lose situation and it's not fair to drivers who aren't making money.

This is what I think about the DoorDash application and having a debit card with it when you do promotions and after that depending on the location, how much for a delivery and if you decide to go to a restaurant or celebrate somebody’s birthday, is it even worth using your debit card from this application I would say not exactly for what purpose well, I don’t wanna give too much information. Do the only thing I gotta say is if you do ever use your debit card from this application my advice is be careful or just transfer it to another debit card or you won’t think that you’re getting scam or other no wonder other drivers are stealing food taking it home to their family or to themselves because they don’t make enough

On the day I’m creating the account they block me I have all my documentation in order Car, driver’s license, social security and it turns out that the app blocked me I have appealed thousands of times without an answer I want to work Help

I love the Dasher app. There has been some updates that I can appreciate. However, with the increase in gas pricing, DoorDash should be paying more with the base offer. Also, there should be a minimal tip of $5.00 when traveling 10 miles or more to receive $0 in tips. 125 miles/week for $5 isn’t nearly enough which is what DoorDash is offering for 1st tier. We should be getting orders under $7

I don’t be getting no orders for like 20 min I just be stuck and I’m like dam don’t wait more then 2 min so I sit here and like get all the bad orders I wanna make a lot of money I’m on a e-bike but can hold a lot of stuff

Terrible app.

The app works really bad. A lot of bugs and it stops working every time when I get a new delivery order

Too many issues with the algorithm for instance if your a gold or platinum tier driver it’s easy for you to be knocked back down to silver because they’ll send you low paying offers in which you lose badly so you decline to protect your income vs expenses and they’ll take away your gold+ status . Also many people don’t like to tip the driver but are willing to order fancy meals . It’s a disadvantage to the driver DoorDash is all for itself and the restaurants but treats the drivers like pushovers!

Smooth app when it comes to ease of use , but terrible for making money. Should be illegal how much they pay you sometimes.

I give it a three star because I don’t think it’s fair that even though they say it’s optional we don’t have to accept every order but if we decline certain orders your acceptance rate drops and when it gets to a low number it’s almost like you have no choice but to accept anything. It’s not fair

I’ve been dashing for several months and am pretty fed up with it. You can never stop when you want to stop. The app will always run at least 30 minutes past the time you want to stop. And the worst part is the algorithm will send you a good 30 minutes away from your area for the last delivery. Whatever is the longest one - the most furtherest one away is the one you will get every time! I don’t know how many times I wanted to stop at a certain and then didn’t get home until 2 hours past that stop time. It’s ridiculous and I’ve had enough.

I’m incredibly grateful for DoorDash. If you remain steady and make it to the platinum level it is more than worth it. Most days I make over $100. It’s changing my life and my family’s life. I struggle with many different physical and mental illnesses so having the opportunity to make money while driving around to new places I never would’ve seen (I love driving & exploring, now I’m getting paid for it!) and only face to face with customers maybe half the time (and they are happy to get their stuff!) this has been the best job for me. Thank you DoorDash for the opportunity and continuing to work on the app so it just gets better and better!!!🙌🏻👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pay is below decent for the orders. The app has too many bugs to wear you’ll accept orders all day and when you declined one order you go down in your acceptance rate. Also, your acceptance rate does not change at all really until you don’t accept one order the other day I accepted 14 orders. On my 15th order, I declined it and it brought my acceptance rate down one point.

Terrible payment system ..Dashers only make enough money to replace gas used on the dash deliveries

Doordash is a good functional alp which allows drivers freedom and flexibility in their work. It is a good side job or full time job. This is a perfect way to bring in extra income and at times which work with your schedule.

I’ve contacted DoorDash several times about the promotional push notification toggle turning itself off causing flash offers to not be sent. This has been an ongoing issue for over 3 weeks causing me to lose hundreds of dollars in earnings.

They didn’t fix anything. Now it pauses my music any time I enter or exit the app. I’m making less on gold status after they updated my area to the points system than when I didn’t have a tier. Chat support has quickly become AI bots
