I hate this app. People are making money off of other people's misfortunes. The only thing this app does is waste time.

No wonder it’s a terrible app since it’s used for government. Can’t log into anything app doesn’t do what it’s supposed to can’t login Authenticator won’t do anything at all.

It should be somewhere the option to call to get support due to the importance of this app . I’ve been having trouble with my taxes this year because of it . No customer support at all

I get the added security but I got a new device and my passwords and Face ID haven’t changed and yet the site won’t work. It’s requiring me to use a key but I have no other access than on my phone. Trying to use this to access my benefits and upcoming appointments has become a headache and I’m not unable to get into my va site.

This app is horrible, no support if you’re having an issue. My family leave is delayed because I can’t sign into it, I can’t get any help from this useless company. I am a very tech savvy person, not some boomer who can’t use their email. I have been through every page of their help screen and it just runs me in circles, cannot complete the steps to sign in. Chat bot runs me through the same help pages. Unbelievable.

I created a new profile on line and when I download the app it refers to my old account. I just want to download a new, blank app and I’ll update the app with the new account?

I deleted the app a few months ago. And now I can’t use it. The reset MFA function is behind a wall that requires the app to work… making it impossible to go forward.

The app is a half baked potato. It is a shame that US taxpayers are actually paying hundreds of millions for such a low quality service. For some reason, queuing for video call document review part of the identification workflow is done via web browser. The estimated wait time indicator is showing values between 1 and 10 minutes (increasing and decreasing), and even after 3 hours of waiting the video call still does not start. You end up waiting for hours watching the estimated time showing minutes. There are no error messages or any indication that submitted documents did not pass automated validation. This is a simple queuing problem and I as an IT professional with 35 years of experience, personally don’t understand what was done to make the program behave this way.

Once you loose your phone that’s logged in well you cant log in on a different device bc you need the lost phone to log in

Been locked out of everything because I don’t remember my password or email or phone number and been locked out of everything for over 3years due to the fact I can’t contact customer service via phone number. Only a ai chat bot that can’t help. My issue requires a live person to resolve. Might have to file a lawsuit just to get ahold of someone who can help me. Literally I’ve tried everything I can besides a lawsuit and my stuff is government so I can’t just make another account.

It is terrible complicated failure every time

Never had a credit report run to practice medicine. Useless addition to government meddling in medicine. Avoid using them with your business use a different TFA.

I have heard that fake accounts of celebrities ask fans to download it so they can hack and scam people I mean what is this app really for anyways..A fake account asked me to downloaded it again am like nope..Another question do celebrities have this app on there phone ??? I give it a one star rating cause I heard and read a lot of bad things about this app they should take it off the App Store

I’ve tried several times now to give them the information they want and all I get is a runaround just like everybody else said !!!
