I like the Disney plus platform. I rated the platform low for a simple reason that really annoys me. I have the tier with commercials and when I want to rewind to a portion of a program, the app replays the commercials again. Many other apps, like Prime don’t do this. If I watched the commercials once and then want to continue watching the program, I should not be subjected to having to rewatch commercials if I decide to rewind a minute or two because I wanted to replay a particular portion.

Hear me out Disney, the reason why I wrote the title is because of your loud house/casagrandes ripoff called “Primos”. that is the reason why you are racist to Mexicans just like the kid show cocomelon is racist to African Americans by calling their black character a “monkey”.

App crashes right after ads… forcing you to watch the ads again. How convenient

The app has almost no bugs and works well. There is no option to pick specific resolution. They introduced short form vertical content section in the app which I assume is intended to help you pick what to watch. It’s vertical only and crops either side of the screen. Just as long as they don’t open the app to the vertical content or make it infinite scroll I’m ok with it.

Why do you all think making subscriptions household-only is going to make more people sign up? Honestly, it’s just going to push people away from your platform. Not everyone lives in the same home some people have divorced parents, some are away at college. This whole policy is really inconsiderate to a lot of people. This why I don’t use this app no more now and then recently y’all were letting me watch Disney+ now y’all are implementing the rule again it’s so dumb y’all just so money hungry

The next episode doesn’t automatically play, it’ll make you watch all the credits. When you DO select the next episode, it reverts your screen so you have to expand it between every single episode. Exhausting. Plus if you miss the play button by 1/16” you’re going to drop yourself in the middle of the episode. Awful usability of this app.

Canceled subscription, tried to renew. Get nothing but errors, no support, difficulty logging in, have active account but still wants me to verify with a code that doesn’t get sent. Terrible user experience.

Too much ads

Dear people who created this app!this app is amazing.it has the best shows and movies plus live broadcasts and much more!it has so many features like downloading the movies for offline, or streaming it on your tv …….But there is one I would change please.when you download stuff and then you go to watch offline ever since you did the new where downloads is at the top I can’t get to it offline I always have to connect to a hotspot to watch them I didn’t used to so pls change it back?

Obviously this is a great app for content for kids and the ability to download shows for offline viewing is great. However, people paying for streaming platforms don’t want to watch a million and a half ads and shouldn’t have to pay extra for that privilege.

OK, so one day I was riding home from Morehead and it deleted all my downloads so I couldn’t watch it Disney+

I find it scary.. Trying to watch a show or a movie? there is unskippable ads up to 3+ errors and issues these shows are not even Disney+ in Disney+ the worst part is that Disney actually almost have a lot of movies! Disney+ also have a lot of sports and live tv I hate Disney Princess movies… they’re scary kids are afraid to watch Disney+ and error codes are bloody and death Disney is scary go watch DVDs Instead!

The fact that because I’m away at college, I can’t use my family’s account is so dumb and on top of that you can’t AirPlay to your TV unless you have an Apple TV. Thanks for making entertainment miserable. Update: got my own account so I could watch one show the most expensive subscription with the most ads absolutely miserable experience.
