Paprika Recipe Manager 3

This is an excellent app for storing recipes & it efficiently allows you to update your grocery list based so your meal plan. The except is that it isn’t integrated with Echo Show. The functionality would be greatly improved if I could use my show instead of my phone.

I’ve been using this app for years. There was one update that did not work so well - lots of crashing. But they fixed it and there have been no issues since. The price is reasonable and the ability to organize one’s recipes is stellar. I’ve looked at other recipe organizer apps and none come close and most charge outrageous fees! You’ll do no better anywhere than with Paprika!

I agree with a lot of the reviewers — it’s a great app, but where are the updates? Looking through the version/update history, it’s clear this app is on life support and nothing more. It wouldn’t take much for me to jump to another app at this point. My latest gripe is that there doesn’t appear to be any Siri support — I’d love to be able to speak to Siri and say, “Hey Siri, add to Paprika: milk”.

This app does not do what it says you cannot save recipes from social media apps!! Would love to get my money back!!

A friend recommended this to me a couple months ago. I’ve been so happy with it.

If you’re online at all you’re going to see recipes you want to keep. So much better than paper recipes on paper stuffed in file or back of cookbook, though I still have those too. And it travels with you so when you’re away from home you still have your recipes for when the opportunity or need arises.

The browser and auto downloading recipes is A++

I’m not that technologically advanced but I love to cook. It was always a pain in the butt to screenshot recipes and keep them organized. This app is super easy to use and works everywhere I’ve ever tried to save a recipe. They said sometimes it won’t transfer properly but the 200 recipes I’ve saved all without a problem. Loving to Cook and eat food, this is my most used app.

So glad I took my friend’s advice and purchased this thing. Easily pulls recipes and has a neat feature to automatically adjust portions. Syncs across devices. Can’t recommend this app enough.

I love this app. It has so many great features. I have recommended it to many friends. I love that I can download directly from a website or scan text from a book. It will scale a recipe up or down and you can do your meal planing and much more! I cannot recommend this app enough.

And it’s not even close. I’ve used Paprika for 5+ years. I’ve never experienced glitches, ads, or anything negative. I use it almost every day. Despite relying on Paprika extensively for these many years, it only just struck me today how much I truly appreciate it. If the app were to change in anyway, or, God forbid, no longer exist, I’d have a Paprika shaped hole in my heart that could never be replaced. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the creator and developers of this beautiful app. To you home chefs out there, don’t even think about it, get this app.

I absolutely love this app however recently my recipes are not downloading. Very frustrating.

I was so tired of scrolling through recipe websites filled with ads. Paprika Recipe Manager does it all—without the ads. It even includes a grocery list feature, which is perfect for items we don’t usually keep at home. The app is incredibly easy to use and lets you sort recipes so everything is simple to find. There’s also a weekly meal planner, which saves me from stressing about what to make for dinner. Honestly, this app does everything except cook the meal for you.

It would be nice to have a tab where you can save your favorite, actual websites that contain multiple recipes. If so, then you would be able to browse and save more recipes from your favorite sites.

I generally love paprika but... - recipe view needs tabs for Notes! (and maybe Nutrition Facts) next to existing tabs Ingredients and Directions please! - sometimes I want to "merge" (just view) more than one store at a time, as a long list, not actually moving items between lists. That way, I can easily look in store X, when I'm there, for things I usually or preferably buy at store Y. Sometimes any store will do, just to get what I need. Other times, only one store ever has what I need. So combining several stores' lists as a view, as needed and on-the-fly, would solve all my problems and probably bring peace to Earth.

I enjoy having this app and it’s worth the price but I do wish it was able to take photos and convert recipes over like another recipe app I tried out…makes it so easy!!

Great app, a slight learning curve how to use it, but I love it!

My friend introduced me to this app and Im so glad she did. It is so easy to have all my recipes in one place. Such an easy way to organize all my recipes. This app is absolutely worth the few dollars it costs.

This is the best app for organizing your recipes! Easy access and easy way to view your recipe, no annoying pop-up ads. Can view ingredients and directions side-by-side.

I’ve been using this app for years. I even rebought it when they upgraded and made people buy it again, because it’s THAT GOOD! It has everything I want. It captures recipes from websites. It has shopping lists and menus. It even lets you keep inventory of your pantry. My only suggestion is I wish it captured recipes from social media! Instagram makes it so hard to get a recipe.
