Tried once. Not as good as other apps.

I wanted an app that would help us find the Atlas Comet. A website said this app would do that, and the app icon is a comet. We paid the $4.99 for the app and then found out we would have to pay an expensive subscription price to get comet data. Comet info is considered “Premium”. I regret paying for the app and will seek a refund.

I can’t see below the horizon on this app. I like that because I can see what constellations are about to rise. Not sure if I can get a refund or not.

Bought this because it shows their advertisement for the comet tonight C/2023 A3 but that was just a scam to get you to pay for an upgrade!!!

I purchased what I think (?) was Sky Safari 7 a few years ago for around $6 (I don’t remember the exact amount). Now I’m noticing that the app is called Sky Safari Eclipse 2024. The help screens still refer to it as Sky Safari 7 though. What’s more confusing is that the help screens refer to “Plus” and “Pro” versions being available, but other screens offer access to a “Premium” version. So at this point I’m confused about (a) what version I have, (b) what version I would want, and (c) what version(s) are available. All this up-selling gets a little annoying after a while. Otherwise it’s a very good app.

This app makes you feel like you’re getting temporary access, and you’re constantly reminded to upgrade. Not the eclipse app i paid for.

I use the AP quite often. I love looking at the stars and planets, and I know exactly what I am looking at with this app.

If you don’t own are aren’t willing to purchase the premium, this is a ripoff. Wish I nkew before I paid. Can I get a refund?

Just okay but not very good like another App that I saw couple years ago, I don’t remember that name.

I’ve had this app for years. I encourage new users to get into the settings to make the most of the app. I like to show asterisms for instance.

Great app, I’ve enjoyed it for years but they raised the price in Nov 2025 to $3.99 from $1.99. Sorry but $48 a year is too much.

I love this app! It’s so easy to use. Find all the constellations on your scope with accuracy from point A to B and so forth…….

I bought this app (for USD $1.99) via an advert which said SkySafari had 'lots' of info on the eclipse... but when I wished to use it, alas!, I need a 'premium subscription' to unlock the eclipse content. Incredibly poor; I used to like SkySafari, but that era has passed.

I want my money back. I even paid for the premium subscription to watch it and my screen is totally black. Doesn’t work for me. Please refund :(

Thanks for making it clear AFTeR purchasing the APP that a lot of features are hidden behind a subscription. What trash.

I paid for the app previously and now the app is asking me to pay again for premium content without any explanation. It only offers monthly or yearly subscription plans, but I already purchased permanent/lifetime access few months ago: Please review my account and confirm why I am being asked to pay again.
